This house is breathtaking! The home looks even better in person. Everything was immaculate! My family will definitely book again.

Beautiful house with an amazing outdoor space. The pool is huge and clean. Lots of pool floats and toys to play with as well. The beds are pretty comfortable with microfiber sheets and comforters. There is a crib in the master bedroom. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen. The hottub is turned off during the day, not sure what time it is turned on, and is set to turn off at 10pm. So that seemed to be tricky but Lam would turn on as soon as I asked. The thermostat seemed to be raised during the daytime hours as well. Bring your own throw blankets. With that said we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lovely home.

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

All I can say is REVIEWS MATTER! Everything was wonderful, the photos were so accurate, we literally felt like we stayed in a mansion for our family vacation. We traveled as a multi-generational family and there was something for everyone. If we wanted to we could have literally stayed at the property and had everything we needed to occupy everyone!! Michael is a 10/10! He was incredible responsive, helpful, explained things proactively before I could even think of a question on something. He was kind and accommodating with every ask we had. We arrived to a personal card and welcome gift which just started us off on the right foot and made us feel appreciated. He truly was the icing to a great stay. We without hesitation would come back to this property or stay with Michael at any of his other listing's just because he was that great. Reviews matter, this place is worth it!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better—literally steps from the sand, with stunning ocean views from the back porch and patio. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The private pool was a huge bonus and perfect after a day at the beach. It’s super family-friendly, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Daniel was incredibly responsive and great to work with, making the whole experience seamless. We made unforgettable memories and can’t wait to come back!

Paradise! I cannot say enough about our stay. The house is pristine with everything one would need on the beach. The linens were soft and beds comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. The view from the main bedroom was stunning. We were lucky enough to be visiting during sea turtle mating season. Each morning and evening the whole family would watch the turtles. We also got to see 2 rocket launches! Our family had an amazing time! We hope to be back!

We rented this out for our wedding and it was phenomenal. It was the perfect place. The property is beautiful, the house was great. We had an amazing weekend with our friends and family. Kathryn was great, quick to respond to all our questions and accommodating. Friends are already wanting to rent it out again! Favorite part sitting on the swing on the back deck early in the morning watching the sun come up over the oaks!

My family are returned guest. This home feels like our home away from home! We love the area because it is quiet, not overly crowded, and not commercialized! Beautiful beach that allows you to have your pets vacation with you! You're allowed to have golf carts on the beach which is a great feature. Saved us numerous trips back and forth to set up for our beach day.

Staying at this home in Miami was hands down the best decision we made. The house is spotless, spacious, super comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and that made all the difference in our stay. Now, let’s talk about Glen – what an amazing host! From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and always available for anything we needed. She truly cares about her guests, and you can feel it in every interaction. Glen went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us – and it truly was! We 100% recommend this place. There’s no better option in Miami! If you’re looking for a beautiful, welcoming home with a fantastic host, this is it. Thank you so much, Glen – we’ll definitely be back!

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and livable and the outdoor space especially was large enough that our family could hang out altogether and not feel crowded. And really appreciated Brianna‘s communication! Always helpful and responded quickly.

Great little spot close to downtown Jensen. House was nice and clean. Had plenty to do for the kids. Mini golf was perfect for everyone. Big spacious living/dining/kitchen areas for everyone to be together. Outdoor living space was great. Hosts were great! Super responsive and respectful and very helpful which to me can make or break an Airbnb experience. Pool might need an extra cleaning day/week…tons of bugs/ants/etc floating all through. Bottom line, would highly recommend staying here. Great experience overall.

I almost want this to stay a hidden gem so it's always available for me.. This was my top three vacations!! They literally thought of EVERYTHING! We never wanted to leave the house!! I travel a lot mostly hotel stays but lots of BNB’s this was #1 it has to be experienced!!

Our stay at Hefziba’s listing was a family favorite and one of the best vacations we have taken together in a long time. We are an outdoorsy Florida family and this home on the ichetucknee was a dream come true for us. We have spend past family vacation visiting different springs throughout Florida and we loved this location so much, that we have all voted to visit Hefziba’s place again in the near future. The home was stacked with games and activities for my children- ranging from college age to elementary school age. We brought our own floats and paddle boards, but the Airbnb provided paddle boards and kayaks also.The community beach was a wonderful way to start and end each day outside, while fitting and long float or paddle board in each day. We have been home for one day and are already missing this place on the springs. The beds were comfortable, and the entire Airbnb was well loved, but extremely clean. Thank you for an incredible time 💗

Overall great stay. Clean and felt safe. We had a little hiccups but they were always avaliable with a quick response. My husband and son loved the basketball court.

This was an absolutely lovely home! It was exactly as it appears in the photos and the view of the water from the back porch was even more beautiful than in the pictures. The house looked just like the pictures. And had everything we needed for our week stay with 3 little kids. Our kids especially loved the pool. It was great having all of the things available to take to the beach!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a few days. Nice quiet neighborhood and a very peaceful and relaxing time hanging out here. Would not hesitate to book again only next time would like to book a fishing trip on the Reel Anomaly docked out back. Just book it and enjoy.

I had a wonderful time at Michelle's house. The place is beautiful and very clean, but we definitely fell in love with the pool area. Its beautiful design, along with the tiki bar, will make you spend hours without getting bored. You'll also find plenty of utensils to prepare your meals. If there's something I should point out, it's that they don't allow you to use the grill and the sink in the tiki bar, which I found a bit disappointing. I also want to point out that the house has 5 bedrooms, but only two are actually equipped for adults. The other two are children's rooms, and the third is a living room. In two of the bedrooms, my family had to sleep on inflatable mattresses. As a recommendation, it would be nice if all the rooms were equipped with conventional beds. Also, on the last day of our stay, a neighbor came over with a bad attitude to ask me to turn down the music; it was 6:00 PM and not even the music was that loud. Other than that, my overall rating is wonderful. Thanks.

This location is hands down my favorite property in the Orlando area. The house was so much better than the pictures and descriptions! We had so many options from the multiple game rooms, the theater, the pool to keep the entire family occupied, we really could have skipped the parks and still had a great vacation. Chris was extremely helpful, sending information and instructions well in advance of check-in. He was very quick to respond to any message I sent. The kids said on the way home that this was their best vacation EVER! They can't wait to stay at this property again when we come back to Orlando.

Second year coming to this house. Very family friendly and accommodating. Great for kids of all ages.
