Lake house vacation rentals in Florida

House was very cozy and fully stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of towels to use was a huge plus for us since we were constantly at the beach or pool. Ryan was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Andrew was an AMAZING host. He went out of his way to insure we had the most amazing exp ever. The property is absolutely beautiful . I've never stayed at an airbnb that was even close to being this nice and hate my time there is over and would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay here. After seeing this property I'm wondering about their sister properties that also look amazing. Also, anyone who might be worried about alligators we did not see any on the property anywhere near the houses . also to anyone who might be skeptical about staying at a place so close to the owner or worried because the pool is by the main house. You have nothing to worry about they let you have your privacy but honestly him and his wife are such cool people I wouldn't have even mind if they hung out. My son left his ring there and Andrew msgd asking if it was our and offered to mail it to us free of charge. He's a very sweet soul and hopefully I get a chance to visit again.

Husband, myself and our two dogs loved Kristen’s place! It’s adorable and incredibly comfortable. Gorgeous sunrises, birds and otters out back were cherries on top. We stayed for 3 nights. Our only complaint was that the time went by too quickly. We’d definitely stay again!

We had an amazing experience staying at Matthew’s ’s place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including the fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Check-in was seamless and communication with Matthew was excellent. He was incredibly friendly and responsive. We didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our trip so special!

This riverfront home was everything we hoped for and more! The location is absolutely beautiful — we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening right from the property. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to unwind after peaceful days by the water. We’d definitely stay here again. It was a great place, wonderful outdoor space, great for fishing, pool, sand area and fire place! House seemed newly renovated, very clean, with no clutter and easy to enjoy. We stayed for 4 nights on a holiday weekend and still felt relaxed, and private. It’s also a perfect place if you have a boat, and for kids. Jennifer was responsive and great with communication. Thank you for the awesome stay!

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

The Otter House is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean and organized. The view of the Suwanee River is breathtaking and can be seen beautifully from the house. We loved the fact that there is a wonderful restaurant called Treasure Camp close by, and even in within walking distance. The whole area is pristine and the most peaceful area that I have ever experienced. There is so much to do and it is close to several springs and to Cedar Key, and all of the people in the area are pleasant and kind. It is simply wonderful out there and I hope to be able to go often! Oh, and the beds are the most comfortable this side of heaven!!!

Tina allowed our pets and let us check in earlier we loved that the pool was Kid friendly . Nice location and clean house ☺️

This was the perfect house for a family with small kids. We bikes to the park and walked the trail. Everything was 5 minutes away. Gist was perfect, provided everything we needed and answered all questions. Wonderful first time in Marco island, would rent this place again for sure!

My stay at Stephanie's property was very pleasant. I never had to call her. Everything at her property is excellent. The house is spectacular, the pool was GREAT!!!, and the fire pit was the best. I have no hesitation in recommending her property. Thank you, Stephanie!

Lovely villa. Very private with beautiful conservation area and lake at the back. Cristian was great to deal with. Always quick with responses and very helpful.

This is an absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous location. My boys spent the entire day fishing on the dock while we relaxed in the pool. Brianna was extremely communicative and any concerns we had she addressed immediately. We would love to stay here again.

This place was really special. We came for Mother’s Day weekend and really loved Sarah’s place to relax and unwind. We went kayaking in a nearby spring and the next day we took a little drive to Mt Dora to do some shopping and get lunch. I couldn’t wait to get back to the house both times. I just wanted to sit with a cup of coffee looking out at the lake! Cooking in the kitchen is lovely. The view from the kitchen is breathtaking and it’s so functional and well stocked! We felt the beds were comfortable. The place charmingly decorated with so many details! The showers were HOT with great water pressure. The bathrooms were pretty big too. A little ways off the dock there’s an old (non functioning) light tower that now serves as a perch for a hawks nest! We loved spying on them with our binoculars. We saw lots of alligators too and really enjoyed watching one of them catch and enjoy a fish. Sarah was always available to answer questions. I have a feeling we’ll be back!!

This was a great set up especially with kids & boats. The beach and swing were a big hit with the kids!

We had the most wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful, clean and absolutely perfect! The pool was amazing! We absolutely LOVED our stay and wanted to stay an extra day! Joeldys was the best host..so responsive and absolutely amazing! Highly recommend staying here and we will be back! Thank you so much!

A great little Airbnb! The space was super clean and the furniture, linens, etc. felt like a nice quality (which isn’t usually the case with short term rentals). The home is a duplex, but this unit is super private and the yard is totally separate. I’m really picky about mattresses, and both beds were amazing. My favorite part of the home was the patio—great to relax in without being bitten by bugs. We traveled with our toddler and having a fun yard plus a big playground across the street was ideal. We also loved how pristine beaches, cute city centers, and fantastic restaurants were all no more than 20 mins away—closer to 10 in most cases!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home to vacation in! It was everything we could have asked for and more!! From the crystal clear pool/hot tub to the beautiful views and the lovely neighborhood. Located close to Fishermans Village where we watched dolphins, shopped, dined and watched the gorgeous sunsets. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

The view from the house is stunning and we had everything we needed to kyak, park our boat and enjoy the Rainbow river. Our family made lots of memories and had plenty of room. We can't wait to go back!!

This is a beautiful little place with so many thoughtful surprises like Nespresso coffee pods, fun indoor and outdoor toys, super a/v options and many smart home features. We loved our stay and will definitely return!
