This is the cutest little houseboat!! It has all the amenities you need- kitchen, living, and other. I stayed there alone, and it was perfect for 1 or 2 people. Super conveniently located in Sanford to pretty much everything. Connie’s deli is the sweetest yummiest little diner and so perfect for grabbing breakfast or lunch. Jay & Teresa were wonderful hosts! Very responsive to any of my questions. The place was very clean and ready for my arrival. Extra blankets, etc. available too if needed. Shower was great! Good water pressure, and enough hot water for a hair wash :) I didn’t get a chance to use the George Foreman unfortunately, but that’s a nice touch- would be lovely to grill out on the porch overlooking the lake. Got to see tons of wildlife- turtles, gators, and manatees! 10/10 recommend booking this place. If you’re on the fence, just do it! You won’t regret it :)

Your little "home" on the river became our home for 2 chilly but starlit nights on the scenic St. John's River. Had an amazing stay at this airbnb! Extremely comfortable for 6 people and looks even better than the pictures. We loved having a pool table and plenty of kayaks for everyone. Lisa is an awesome host and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, including restaurant recommendations, a welcoming check in and out and was very communicative throughout the process. P.s.: Don’t skip the Piri Piri restaurant! They have delicious food.

We stayed at this wonderful houseboat as we began our trip to the Florida Keys and it was perfect! We saw manatees, enjoyed dinner at the outdoor bar with locals, and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Great location with a wonderful host!

While the place isn't fancy, it is an actual houseboat after all, it was awesome. Comfortable bed but views to die for and you are literally having you morning coffee, watching the sunrise and are literally 1 foot from the water. The river is a very active one...we saw manatee, gators, gar and hundred of mullet jumping out of the water. the best was the shrimp boats at dusk...you really have to experience this place. and ps. walking distance to downtown Apalachicola is a real bonus

Great place on the canal! Close to restaurants and it was great watching the boats going out to sea. Johnny and his contacts were very responsive to any questions! Will stay again!

My girlfriend and I just spent 4 of the most amazing days here. Andrew and his team were the most attentive hosts I've ever had on vacation. The boathouse was so cute and the view while sitting on the back patio was so peaceful and serene. We went jetskiing which was located only a few feet away from all the units and Remy, our tour guide, was fantastic. I can't say enough about the way he assisted my girlfriend while she rode by herself for the first time. It was so much fun. We also went parasailing and the guides there, Zack and Jessie, were also awesome. They took our pictures using the photo package which came great. They gave us great recommendations about the things to do nearby, and played such good music on the boat. The view while up in the air was breathtaking, and also took pictures while riding and their photo package gave us great memories from the boat view. We had a lovely time for the brief stay at Doctors Lake in the absolutely exceptional Home-a-Wave! we arrived in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the living room and grab a few drinks at the Sunset Tiki Bar where we met some very cool regulars and waiting for our Uber Eats order from Five Star Pizza (omg..BEST Pizza I've had in a very long time!). We had some winds and rain the 2nd night (hello first week of Hurricane Season) but we could not feel much movement at all the entire stay, including when was stormy! Upstairs did not disappoint, The bed was very comfortable, perfectly positioned across from the awesome windows providing a peaceful night waterfront view. We were greeted with a fabulous sunrise view from the deck! Highly recommend this floating dream!!

A wonderful experience! We enjoyed our week on the Yacht, "Comfortably Numb". The Host was exceptional. Keliy, was very clear and attentive. She recommended bike rentals, local attractions, beach location, and views from the deck. The place smelled fresh and clean. The indoor temperature was cool. The humidity was controlled. We loved the bean bag seats to watch the sunrise and sunsets from the deck. The indoor accommodations was very large, roomy, and comfortable. We plan to reserve this place again in the future. We learned alot since we are are planning to purchase a yacht for full time living and charter boat fishing. We are glad to have stayed on a house boat. It was surprisingly roomy, with all ameneties of a regular home. Waterfront sunrises and sunsets from the top deck were so delightful! We also enjoyed walking the boardwalk, strolling Historic downtown Sanford and driving through the neighborhood and viewing the remarkable homesites. We hope to return.

This was a great place to stay, and a unique experience being a houseboat. Safe and clean. And a great view to start your day, or end it. Great place.

It was really fun to stay at Deanna's place and have our first stay on a houseboat! It was more than a place to sleep but a fun experience too! Deanna was super flexible with check in and checkout times which was so nice! My husband and I only had 1 night for a quick 24 hour getaway before we had to get back to our kids and usually it's hard to relax if the trip is so short since you often can't check in until 4ish and have to checkout the next morning by 10ish. So staying at a place with flexibility was a huge benefit! Deanna also knew it was an anniversary getaway for us so she included some very thoughtful extra touches which was very sweet. Tony was an excellent host! We are locals and did this as a staycation. Beautiful views, and really comfortable space. Highly recommend this spot! The kayak was an awesome addition, there’s a little sandbar and island close by. Would definitely do this again.

The houseboat was exactly as described and Joseph couldn’t have been nicer . We needed a place to rest that was comfortable and quiet. Coffee / wine on the dock watching the herons and pelicans was a great way to start and end the day . Thank you Joseph .

This place is STUNNING! Words can’t describe how much we loved the location and experience of the houseboat. There is so much wildlife on the island and in the bay. We saw dolphins every morning and evening. The island is a wildlife reserve, and not close to the city, so definitely be prepared to bring all the food and items you need at check in if you don’t have your own boat. People do boat in during the day, but mornings and nights you have the island all to yourself. Expect that people often will drive by very close to look at the house boat or ask you about it. We experienced a thunderstorm during our stay, and wasn’t a problem. It was loud on the water, but the houseboat is sturdy. It could use a little bit more upkeep, but understandably a houseboat is probably hard to keep clean and repair items. Regardless, we wished our stay was longer and can’t wait to go back!!!

Our stay in Jupiter was great. Location on the water gave us opportunity to fish off the rental and soak up some sun. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and close to the beach/inlet. Our fishing charter even picked us up at the houseboat. Overall, we had a great experience.

Amazing visit. The houseboat is roomy, well-appointed, quiet, clean. Didn’t need to run the air conditioning unit with the cool breeze running through the boat. Great bed. Kitchen was fine for breakfast and lunch items. Adequate supply of utensils and condiments, although we brought aboard our own preferred brand of coffee. We took our evening meals ashore. Kelly was the perfect host, making sure that we, a couple in our 80s, not only understood the intricacies of houseboat living, but were confident in using the dinghy to and from the boat. During our stay he was readily available for any problems or needs, even anticipating them. He was a source of information, including island activities and restaurants. We did take the 2-person kayak out. Other water toys available. Thanks Kelly for making our stay a relaxing adventure. As a Navy veteran, it was “good to be at sea again,” although firmly anchored. We already miss waking to the view of the mangroves through the bedroom windows.

If you're looking for serenity, this is the place to go in Key West! It takes a little planning especially if you're staying more than one night as far what food to bring, how to keep water and drinks cold etc... Highly recommend buying a small cooler with a slab of dry ice at the local Publix, then putting all your cold stuff in the RTIC cooler that's in the suite. Definitely use Ship to Shore for transporting out to the Tiki as they as also service the Tiki, provide a discount to guests staying on the Tiki and can give recommendations on where to paddleboard to see the best maritime creatures! It's a once in a lifetime experience!

Since I was a child I’ve wanted to see the inside of a real houseboat and this was the perfect opportunity. I booked for my family to stay here a few days before our cruise began and it definitely added to the wonderment of the vacation. Taylor even had a couple paddle boards brought to us. It may be a slightly older houseboat but I loved the charm of it. It’s really really fun. My family is still talking about “the boat before the cruise”, and I know they’ll remember it long after.
