Lorrie’s place is amazing, I have stayed here a time before and could not wait to stay here again when I was in the area. The place is exactly like the photos and is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature. Lorrie was super responsive and very helpful when a slight issue came up. I would recommend this place for a small getaway from the city either by yourself or as a couple.

We had a great stay! It was perfect for us, clean and simple with everything we needed. Good coffee and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Convenient to downtown!

Elena and her husband were very gracious and kind, and we felt extremely welcomed from the start. We are moving to the area and Elena’s happy disposition and shining spirit was the perfect welcome to Sarasota, and she was naturally an emotional ambassador for us!!!! She made us feel at home!

Rick & Claud were very accommodating and sweet! I stayed at their guest suite for six weeks and felt at home. They were very responsive whenever I needed anything. Everything worked in the unit as stated. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water gets HOT which I loved. Although it was a mini fridge, it held a good amount of food for my six week stay. The neighborhood was also nice! It’s about 5 mins from FIU for students. I took a walk to get my 10k steps in and felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend.

I brought my mother here for a special weekend. We loved the peaceful location, pool area, and artistic decor. We felt right at home and really enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend Sandra's place!

Like being amid a tropical garden. Like the eclectic decor. Loved the peacock chair in bedroom. Even though we were on the same property it was like being by ourselves. We had a few conversations when we ran into each other but came and went as we please. Great parking accommodations. Private laundry facilities. Diane was very responsive to our questions. Since I am gluten free and dairy free, received great options were to go and buy groceries. The amenities were great. If I was to return to the area I would want to stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Ali’s place was a perfect stay for my birthday trip! It was so homey and comfortable. Ali was so responsive when I had to contact her. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a unique spot to stay! It also was fairly close to both Siesta Key beach and Anna Maria Island! We are Florida locals so we will definitely visit again!

My husband and I were on our honeymoon and stayed one week. Tatiana put some rose petals in a heart shape on the table and had some tea light candles which was a lovely surprise. This place is exactly like the photos. Plenty of towels and toilet paper were provided. The cabinets and drawers were labeled in the kitchen so you knew where everything was. She had a separate bin for recycling, and the trash in the bathroom and kitchen were motion activated. The pool was very refreshing and the AC worked great inside. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe. Halfway through the week Tatiana checked in with us to see if we were in need of anything. We will certainly consider this place when returning in the future!

Absolutely worth it!!! Couldn't have asked for anything better at this price point. The host was helpful and responsive and the property was perfect for us!!

My family and I fell in love with this place. Gigantic oak trees covered with Spanish moss make this place magical! Everything in the house was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We will certainly be staying there again when we come back to town!

We lost hot water at another place on a holiday weekend and I couldn't be happier that we were able to get into Val's place. She was empathetic to our situation and did what she could to help out and communicate with us. When we got to the place the yard and landscaping was beautiful and place was fresh and clean. I grew up with them so I enjoyed the peacocks, pool and my son and I even enjoyed the games provided. On top of that we had one of the most spectacular sunrises coming right up at the end of their dock. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The cabana was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. Unique place with the shower! Shanti had everything mentioned and was so pleasant. Great location, great vibes. Will come back here given the opportunity!

We spent 5 days here and we enjoyed it. The accommodation is as described and the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was too noisy for us and we turned it off at night and only let the ceiling fan run but that was fine. Otherwise, it is a nice guest house and you have your peace and quiet. The parking space in the driveway is also very convenient. We highly recommend it and the location is also great because it is close to the beaches and also the shopping mall and the zoo are around the corner

Sapphire Cottage is the perfect getaway, tucked back off a quiet road , and an 20 minute drive to Mount Dora, making it both peaceful and accessible to town. A canal runs behind the property and there are 2 kayaks you can use if you’re feeling adventurous, if not, you can just hang out and watch the happy hens roam the property or pet the goats in their enclosure. The cottage is really quite lovely, very comfortable, modern yet cozy feeling at the same time. Miriam and Ismael obviously put a lot of thought into its design and decor. The rooms are spacious, the cottage is spotless, and everything works as it should. Miriam and Ismael are the perfect hosts, available yet unobtrusive. I would go back in a heartbeat, and can recommend it without hesitation.

Peaceful and comfortable. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. The place was very clean. Nice access to the pool and the grounds are beautiful to walk around. The horses are very friendly and greeted us every morning. Will definitely stay again

Heather’s place was a great home away from home. Quaint and cozy. Very clean and private. Very responsive, quick to get back to text. Also was very helpful in extending our stay a little longer due to change in my own plans. Super grateful for our stay her and will return on our next visit!

This was my first time in Tampa. The location was perfect basically 10 minute uber drive from all the attractions. Anthony was very responsive and helpful. This place is private and peaceful. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay!

My husband and I had finished our week long cruise and after getting out car rental, we still had a lot of time to kill before the 4pm check in time. We were able to get in a little early, which was great. The house is perfect for a couple wanting to get away. It's right across the street from the river, which they have a nice pier for fishing. The bed was comfy, we got some very good sleep. The location is close to just about everything... shopping, restaurants, the beach. We had a very nice time. Thank you, Jennifer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house and surrounding space were amazing—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor shower felt like a little oasis, and the pool was fantastic—clean, refreshing, and a great place to unwind. The location was also perfect—conveniently situated near everything we needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Chris was an exceptional host. Despite our very late arrival at 2 a.m., she greeted us warmly and even gave us a tour of the property. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local activities, restaurants, and directions. We were in town for a wedding, and Chris went above and beyond by kindly taking photos for us before we left for the event—something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here—we’d love to come back!
