Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Florida

The home was clean and had more than enough room for our family. Communication was quick and informative. We had a relaxing week in Melbourne. While we were there in April, the beach was very quiet. There were only a few other families on the beach.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded getaway that’s close to multiple natural springs—but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Orlando—this is the place for you! Jose’s place truly checks all the boxes. The sunset views from the hot tub overlooking Crystal Lake are absolutely breathtaking. Having kayaks right on site made it so easy to get out on the water and completely disconnect for a while. If you’re curious about what “Orlando North” has to offer, I highly recommend booking a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern dort. Wir haben uns wohl und sicher in dieser Umgebung gefühlt. Zum Einkaufen muss man ein gutes Stück fahren, aber war für uns kein Problem. Es waren Spielsachen für den Pool da, was praktisch war. Die Kinder waren happy und wir auch. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Kein Lärm. Wer es gerne ruhig hat ist dort gut aufgehoben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen!

Had an amazing time! Wonderful home with amazing views and right on the water. He provided baby gates which helped with my toddler. Supplied beach chairs and umbrellas! Really great place to stay for families

If I could give 10 stars I would! WOW! Gorgeous home! Extremely clean! Everything you need is here. The back yard is a little piece of Heaven! Crystal clean pool and hot tub! It’s so relaxing here. Peaceful. Birds were always singing birds walking down the street even a little bunny hopping around the yard. Beds were very comfortable and great showers! Everything in kitchen you need and more! I can’t say enough about this home! And Nancy was so very nice! Great location near restaurants stores and the water. We lived in the area for many years so we come here often this is definitely where I will be staying! I take these reviews seriously I have been to homes that aren’t what they say they are but this home delivered everything it said it had and more! Thank you Nancy!

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

Really beautiful memorable stay

This condo was charming, clean, and just the right size for a comfortable stay. The keyless entry system was super convenient. Perfectly located right across from beach access and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

My husband and I chose this spot to get married, and choosing this Condo with Scott and his wife make the trip just that much better! It is CLEAN, tidy, and has everything you may need. The view is breathtaking, and Scott as well as his wife quickly responded to us when we needed help with water pressure issues, in less than 12 hours someone was there to fix it! I cannot recommend this enough! Choose this place, and you'll be happy, well rested, and will miss it the second you leave!

It was very clean and check in an out was super easy and Alma and Michael checked in multiple times to make sure we didn’t have any problems with anything. Overall great place to stay.

Te’s little getaway is priceless. She was so kind, & it showed in every detail of her place. She provided a neatly curated place full of unique and cool decor. The place was an experience in itself. There was even breakfast and some drinks in the fridge for us. I also thought it was sooo cool that there’s a shark tooth shifter to use! Location was awesome, a little hideaway that’s a perfect distance and very accessible to the beaches & town. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. My favorite BNB I’ve ever stayed at! Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

You had everything from blankets towels cookware bathroom supplies cleaning supplies mop pads seasoning cooking oils pool floaties propane from last guest..on top of having the most peaceful beautiful home! Kept it really easy to keep house clean! The waterfall pool the openess of the whole home made it perfect. The host was there for any questions I had always answered within 5-10 minutes I really appreciate you opening your house as well as still caring and being there for your guest at any time. Anytime I’m ever in Florida I will definitely keep this home in mind definitely worth it in every way!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

This is a wonderful and beautiful house. We had a wonderful time. We love visiting the area (Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva). Vincent and his team were always ready to help us from the very beginning. Nothing is impossible for this team; they are very professional. We recommend it.

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
