Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Falmouth

Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed! Deserves more than 5 stars. The location couldn't be better to get straight out to lots of beaches, bars etc. St Ives streets are small and traffic is restricted 930am to 4pm on the street but outside these times we found it easy to unload then booked a parking space 10 mins walk away on JustPark. The view has to be seen, it's even better than it looks... when people stop at the balcony for a picture you know it's the perfect spot - and we helped take a couple of pictures for them from above! The best thing was having a nice glass of wine on the armchairs with the windows open and listening to the waves and watching the change in tides. Spa bathroom was unreal as was everything really. Already looking at dates to come back! We also enjoyed Johns Wine Bar, The Host (had great live music), Mor Beach Cafe for morning rolls and James King for beautiful St Ives jewellery. Thanks again David we loved it all!

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of five adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was really great. The cabin is comfy and cosy, with beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. We used the cabin as a base to explore Cornwall as it is located centrally within easy reach of many popular towns. We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening and using the hot tub and waking up to the very friendly alpacas! You do have to drive up a very narrow and steep lane to reach the cabin but we were lucky that the lane is very quiet and so we never met any oncoming traffic. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day.

We had a perfect stay at the Little Barn. The photos just don’t do the accommodation justice! Everything was perfect. The views, the comfiest bed, beautiful bath, the outdoor space - it was all lovely. Jon & Vic were great hosts and super helpful. We managed to see a lot of Cornwall in our four days and found the barn was well located for trips to Padstow, Mawgan Porth, Carbis Bay & St Ives, Port Isaac and Fowey. The recommendations book in the Barn gave us lots of ideas for restaurants, pubs and bakeries. Thank you for a lovely stay - we would love to return!

Loved my stay, such a cute cottage and quiet. Good location for exploring that end of Cornwall. Emily greeted me on arrival and provided bread and butter which was great. The outside space has been revamped and enjoyed sitting outside with my cup of tea. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Dans place, anything we needed him and Gary were super responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at Sharon's house. It was very well equipped and clean. The location was perfect and we had many adventures in Cornwall over the weekend. The hot tub, pool, gym and on site pub were perfect additions and gave an added touch to our break away! Sharon was a fantastic host and contacted me at various points throughout the weekend, making us aware of anything we needed to know. We would definitely stay again! The wine, chocolates and biscuits were a lovely touch! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

Lovely stay at the cottage. Immaculately cleaned. Nice decor and had everything you would need including a washing machine, oil and lovely touches such as games and books for the children. Rachel and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Its a good location to explore lizard and surrounding beaches. My son loved how the farm had football goals and my daughter loved visiting the chickens and goats on the farm. I would recommend this place. Thank you.

A fantastic few days in such a peaceful and beautiful setting. The lodge is great and has everything you need and more. Its location is great to benefit from the quiet surroundings to be able to fully switch off but also is a short drive from some delicious food spots, beautiful beaches and great rural walks. Absolutely loved our time here and we hope to return in the future.

We had a lovely time staying at Tina's place. It was exceptionally clean and very homely. It was the perfect place to stay and we just loved our peaceful walks with the dogs in the forest right behind. Tina was easy to get hold of and left not only us some treats but the sweetest care package for our 2 dogs. We would definitely stay at Tina's again.

We loved our week here. Very peaceful and quiet . The cottage was very clean and cosy and the welcome pack of milk , tea, coffee and bread etc was very much appreciated. Excellent for dog walking and the on site bar is nice . We’ll definitely be back when visiting our daughter at university in Falmouth. Thanks again to Jennifer and Peter.

The nicest static caravan we’ve ever stayed in! The place was immaculate, our hosts were great on messaging and left us a very helpful book which made everything so easy, even with two boys. The park was really quiet even though it was full, the boys loved the park and the pub was perfect for a quiet pint in the evening. The value for money was unreal, the absolute perfect base for exploring any part of Cornwall

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X

We had a lovely week in Emily & Matt's flat. We liked that you can walk into town but also to Fistral beach & quieter areas. Great views - I enjoyed relaxing, reading in the bay window. I treated myself to swim & breakfast at Headland hotel (special offer).

Pockets Of Light was pretty much exactly as described. Great for a couple of nights whilst attending the Shanty Festival but probably a bit spartan for a longer stay. Thor, our host, was properly accommodating in regard to crockery and cutlery. He also, very generously, drove us into the town after we had been waiting over half an hour for a taxi🥴 Location didn't really matter to us as we wanted only somewhere to spend yhe night

Absolutely stunning home that was relaxing and the shower to die for let alone the huge bath. Very peaceful place and felt immediately relaxed. Was welcomed with a beautiful farm basket of goodies and a voucher for the wonderful StarGazy cafe a stones throw away. Could not have been happier. Thoroughly recommend

Fabulous cottage, full of character, with a nice garden, off-street parking, and dog-friendly too. We had a great stay and were very comfortable and at home. Loved all the special features including the stained glass windows, special bath and classy pictures. And we completed 4 more days of the South West Coast Path, without any rain!

Immaculately presented apartment with a very proactive host. Great location for exploring the surrounding area of Falmouth. Note, the driveway is quite narrow and tricky to navigate when the courtyard is full of other cars. Also note that the apartment is on a steep main road. We stayed with our daughter who is 4 months and this was tricky at busy traffic times with a pram. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay at would recommend this as a central place for exploring the region! Ali was a great host who provided us with every possible detail we would need for our stay!

Della went out of her way to respond to any queries and put us at our ease right away. The accommodation suited us perfectly and Della made sure that the dogs were welcome and provided covers for the sofa and bed in case they decided to sleep there instead of on the floor on their beds. Everything has been well thought out and there was nothing missing even down to spare beach towels, bath robes, Foxes chocolate biscuits and posh crisps! I am sure that if there had been something we wanted, Della would have made sure it was there for us! We have family in Falmouth and if we can’t stay with them, I know we shall be back!

Great value for such a lovely unique place. very quick and easy stroll to the beach which is dog friendly, very rural and quiet little village but close to the more touristy towns like St ives, tehidy woods is a very nice woodland walk with clean and dry tracks so no need for wellies imo. William is a very nice and responsive host, everything we needed etc was so simple that it was only a couple of messages exchanged. the kitchen is clean and plenty of appliances to make what you want. A lovely powerful shower and the bed is comfy but very much on the firm side, its very peaceful there and me and my wife really enjoyed our stay.
