The Beaches and Castle are just 15-minutes walk, and all lie on the famous Cornish coastal path. During Tall Ships, Red Arrows, Falmouth Carnival, and during fireworks, the patio's panoramic vista ensures the best views.

Gylly beach is a 10 mins walk away and there are waterside cafes, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep ...or relax in your own private courtyard garden.

One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.
