Vacation rentals with a patio in Falmouth

Lovely accommodation – a little hidden gem! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything i needed. Great location, with everything within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Emma’s studio is our favourite air bnb we have ever stayed in. The decking has the most beautiful view and the property is well decorated. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We came here for our first holiday with our 6 month old, and it was such a great choice. There was plenty of space for a travel cot and having the washing machine was really helpful. We usually can’t wait to get out and explore the local area, however on this trip we didn’t want to leave. And are planning to return as it was the best value, and the perfect location to relax and take in the beautiful view.

Well equipped flat. Nice outside space. Good location, easy walk into town. Nice views across to Flushing from the kitchen. Nick & Sarah were very helpful and responsive. Milk, eggs and butter in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated. Would stay again

We stay in a lot of properties, and this one is definitely up there with the very best! The apartment is absolutely 5* plus, with every detail carefully thought about. It’s immaculately clean and furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard — everything you could possibly need and more. The views from the balcony are simply stunning, and it’s a lovely, easy 15-minute walk into the centre of town along just one road. A couple of very minor points (and these honestly don't detract from how amazing the place is): the parking space and access drive are quite tight and really best suited for smaller cars, so you might find it easier to park on the road. The WiFi was a little unstable at times — but with good 5G coverage in the area, this wasn’t an issue for us at all. Also, the only thing missing from the otherwise brilliantly equipped kitchen was a microwave. Overall, a remarkable place to stay — we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay in, quality of furnishings & amenities way exceeded expectations. Very friendly & helpful. The village had a local butcher and fish monger plus good pub food that was very popular walking distance. Great place to explore lots of Cornwall from and a very lovely luxurious apartment to stay in. Thank you.

Kerry and Chris were always responsive and helpful. Their place is one of the larger units I’ve stayed in and has plenty of space for a couple family. Good outside area and plenty of parking. Would book again

Super little cottage close to the university and Penryn. Everything looks new and a really well thought out layout of the cottage. Nice little yard catching the sun and spectacular views. Very quiet. Hosts very responsive. We had a great weeks stay.

Fantastic Air B&B, very clean and well maintained. Easy to fine and access. Swanpool beach is extremely easy to walk to as is the center of town. We would definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit

Great place to stay. Very short walk to the pool, across a very quiete car park. The beach is a walk away, just down a hill cross one road and you are there, nearly a stones throw. Kayaking, body boarding, stand up paddle boards for hire, all there.

We loved are stay, it was beautiful, peaceful, felt like you were miles from anywhere. Great hosts, very quick response to messages. It was a little hot the first night so we ask if they had a fan and they supplied one strait away. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommend

We had a really wonderful stay in Polvenna beachhouse. The house is clean, spacious and light, with a cosy, beachy interior. The beds and showers are great and the kitchen is very well equipped. We all loved the amazing view and the sound of the waves when lying in bed at night. It was really magical. Porthtowan has a great beach. We loved the rockpool and rented surfboards. The village store is a short walk down and sells fresh bread. Nearby St. Agnes is lovely and has some great restaurants. This is a good place to visit the rest of Cornwall from. Don’t hesitate to book!

Lovely comfortable, stylish, spacious and homely flat. Super comfy beds and good showers. Perfect location for us, so close to the town amenities and with great views of the harbour. Hosts communication was excellent

We had such a great time at Collingswood. The house was lovely, really spacious, well appointed, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The setting was beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature, with the beach just a short walk away and loads of countryside to explore nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Falmouth! Charlotte was so helpful and welcoming, and her instructions were clear and easy to follow. We’d love to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

The studio is beautifully presented and very extremely clean. Toiletries and linens are lovely and Elizabeth goes above and beyond in providing extra ‘incidental’ items that are so useful - spare toothbrushes, spectacle wipes etc. For wet days there is a large selection of reading and games material. We had everything we needed but I also felt that Elizabeth would respond immediately if there were any issues whatsoever.

it was a WOW moment when we took in the view from the lounge. The apartment is modern clean and very well equipped. The instructions were very clear and helpful. We are hopeful to return in the future. Gary and Jan x

Great location overlooking the sea and St Michael's Mount but minutes walk From the station, restaurant and bars. Penzance has lots to offer and we easily got about by train or walking.

100% would recommend!! Beautiful house, perfect location for the beach, town and supermarkets. Laura is a lovely and caring host. Would love to stay again, couldn’t ask for more. 😊😊😊

A lovely little space situated in the lower floor of the hosts' home though felt very private and has it's own entrance. The bed is comfy and bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Our hosts were so kind in offering iced water and sorting out a parasol in the garden when it was hot. A lovely location in easy reach of a lot of Western Cornwall.

we loved staying at thea’s apartment! it’s super cozy, clean, and well equipped. we really appreciated the breakfast items (coffee, tea, granola). would definitely recommend staying here!

This was our 2nd stay here. The location is so convenient for both town and beaches. Dog friendly with the fenced off area to the rear and always good to have parking. Hope to be back.
