The house is a newly renovated house of our family. (Old Aunt Ruth´s House). All rooms are renovated with care in light colors and the kitchen and the bathroom are top new. This, however, is much more than a house. This is a forest and lake property where you can enjoy long walks, the wilderness and the calmness of being in nature. The property is approximately 100 ha of forest and lakes. It is only 25 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from the popular shopping center of Gekås in Ullared.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Här bor du i ett mysigt hus på vår gård, utsikten är fantastisk och det är inte omöjligt att få se dovhjortar och älg som betar på fältet. På baksidan finns en stor altan där man ser solen gå upp. Närhet till sjöar med fiske (fiskekort behövs) och skog, 9km till centrala Halmstad och 7km till Hallarna där det också finns restauranger. Vill man ta sig till havet finns det flera fina stränder inom 15 min bilväg. Frukost kan bokas kvällen innan.

Stort familjevänligt hus vid havet

Vi hyr ut vårt härliga hus med havsutsikt på västkusten, 200 meter från havet och en fin och långgrund finkornig sandstrand. Huset har gott om plats, drygt 200 kvm, perfekt för barnfamiljer. Vi bor i södra delen av det gamla fiskeläget Träslövsläge (också kallat Läjet), ca 8 km söder om Varberg, med regelbundna bussförbindelser till centrum. Med tåg tar det ca 40 min. från Varberg till Göteborg.

Ett stort nybyggt hus som enkelt rymmer 2-3 familjer. Promenadavstånd till härliga salta bad och cykelavstånd in till sommarstaden Varberg. Huset har flera härliga uteplatser som erbjuder sol från morgon till kväll. Utöver den 4x8 m uppvärmda poolen (maj - september) finns det gott om plats för umgänge och lek i trädgården med en stor studsmatta samt två lekplatser inom gångavstånd.
