Charming English-style townhouse on quiet Kärleken. Here you are treated to a fantastic view from the back of the house, where you are often treated to beautiful sunsets and sun all day. Here, it is about 3 km from the city center, 7 km to beautiful beaches, close to forest and nature, and 10 minutes to shopping centers. Sheets/towels are brought by guests or provided by me for an extra 50 SEK per person and stay. The house must be cleaned by guests before departure, or at an additional cost of SEK 750. Warm welcome

Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. 2 parking spaces for cars belong to the house. 1 space in the garage + 1 on the driveway in front of the garage. The house is within walking distance, about 1.5 km from Falkenberg railway station and about 2 km from Falkenberg city center via a pleasant walk along Ätran & Vallarna.

Västra Stranden is 4 km from the door, and there are plenty of playgrounds, walking paths, and outdoor activities right nearby. The house offers 5 sleeping places, but with the option of having 2 mattresses on the floor if needed. This is done in agreement with the landlord.

The area is very safe with children families and several large playgrounds for children close by. A large grocery store is located just a couple of minutes away by foot and there are two restaurants on the other side of the street from the house.
