On the property, there is a pool, trampoline, soccer goals and basketball hoop as well as toys that fit both on the beach and on the lawn. In the garage, there is a ping pong table and a small gym. There are bicycles for big and small. 5 minutes walk to the beach and a playground is around the corner. It is cycling distance to the grocery store and restaurants. The house is also home to the cat Celso, who is included in the rent :)

Walking/biking distance to golf and paddle courts as well as to the beach in Vilshärad, Frösakull and Tylösand. Amenities such as WiFi, microwave, dishwasher, TV and Sonos music system. NOTE, we only rent to families and people over 25 years of age.

Warm welcome to Pinnatorpet! Newly built apartment of about 35 sqm, with associated large balcony, you will find it in the middle of the field in Strömma, just outside the center of Tvååker. The accommodation is close to Varberg, Falkenberg, Åkulla Bokskogar and Ullared. Cleaning, bed linen/sheets and towels are included! Four-legged friends are warmly welcome!
