In the old part of Läjet, just over 5 km south of Varberg, we rent out a bright and nice cottage. The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Here you live next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cozy apartment in a house of 60 sqm open to the ridge. Open plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. The guest house has a double bed. In the sleeping loft, there is a small double bed and a baby bed. Small shower and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and fridge. A patio deck on the short side of the guest house is accessed through a stable door from inside the carport. There's a gas grill. View of the beech forest and our chicken farm. Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.

The sea, with several lovely sandy beaches, is just over two kilometers away. Famous beach Skrea strand is 10 minutes drive away. Here you live next door to nature but close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and children-friendly beaches.

Toppstugan

Our place is close to a nice view of the sea. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the atmosphere. Toppstugan is about 7 km from Falkenberg's center and about 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we have fenced in the large terrace so that dogs can avoid being on a leash.
