Pizzeria and large grocery store (Coop) 75 meters from the door. Approximately 5 minutes to restaurants and bars in the city center and 10-15 minutes to the beach (on foot). Large free parking area right across the street. Wi-Fi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linens or towels are not included, can be rented for SEK 100/person. Here, you live near the sea with a swimming beach (400 meters) and hiking areas along the coast and in the forest. Popular place for windsurfing. - Varberg's center (7 km) can be reached in 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bicycle. The Kattegattsleden bike trail is 2 km from the house. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Gothenburg /Liseberg amusement park, 75 km. Train from Vbg C, 40 min.

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

The sea, with several lovely sandy beaches, is just over two kilometers away. Famous beach Skrea strand is 10 minutes drive away. Here you live next door to nature but close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and children-friendly beaches.

Skrea Strand's cozy cottage next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. The cottage is decorated like a small suite and offers that little extra! The suite has A/C. Patio with tables, chairs and grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Bring towels and bed sheets.
