Lovely house next to the beach

This beautiful and cosy house is situated near the beach and just a few kilometers from Varberg. It is surrounded by a green garden with flowers and with lovely terraces. The house is bright with Scandinavian design and furniture, 155 m² with a loft, where the living room and kitchen has a high ceiling. The room holds large windows looking out over the garden. It includes 5 beds. Master bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with a single bed, one guesthouse with a double bed. It has 3 WC's, one with with shower, bathtube and sauna. The livingroom and integrated modern kitchen with dishwasher, has large 2 spaces with sofas, and a seating area with large kitchen table. Outside there are 3 different seating areas. There are local shops and service, sunbathing and swimming within 5 minutes walking distance. A few minutes walking distance you have lovely "Majas vid havet" with restaurant and concerts. You can rent surf equipments at Surfers Paradise, next to "Majas vid havet" and theres a fantastic opportunity to surf. 5 minutes with car takes you to Varberg, a cosy small town with local market every Wednesday and Saturday, lots of shops, restaurants and things to see. The house is located near the beach just outside Varberg, approximately 45 minutes drive south from Gothenburg. Varberg is famous for beautiful west-coast summers, and has plenty of charming sights to visit.

Welcome to Falkenberg and Skrea Beach! At Styrmansgatan 21 you have bathrobe distance down to the jetty at the hotel beach bath. Start with the morning coffee in the sun by the patio in the back. On the large terrace you enjoy the sun from early lunch until the barbecue in the evening sun. Open-plan with 2 living rooms, dining area and kitchen. 4 bedrooms on different levels. 400 meters down to the beach. 2 km walk along Ätran into town. Close to restaurants, ice cream shop, dunesbath and mini golf. Welcome!

Here you live in a really cozy big house 1km from the sea. Large nice porch and balcony with evening sun. Now also with sauna and cold bath. Bus stop 50 m that takes you to Varberg/Falkenberg. 2km away you will find beautiful Träslövsläge with restaurant, ice cream cafe, etc. Feel at home, we are nearby if you need us. Very nice house with nice patio and garden in a quiet area. There was everything we needed and we also appreciated that there were toys and children's books. It's a little bit into central Varberg but for us who mostly made excursions in the nearby area, the location suited very well.

A welcoming outdoor space is highlighted, featuring a spacious wooden terrace with steps leading to the garden. An awning provides shade over the dining area, which includes a table and chairs. Surrounding greenery adds a serene touch to the inviting environment.

Our family with two kids and a grandfather had a great stay. Nice garden with space for activities, as well as a beautiful porch and several seating arrangements. The house was nicely furnished, cosy but not cluttered. We all felt right at home. Nina was a wonderful host, full of good tips and extremely thoughtful and responsive. We can warmly recommend this place!

We were two families with a total of four children of 4.5 and 1 years. The house was large and had both toys, nice outdoor areas and trampoline. We had a short distance to the beach, playgrounds, grocery stores and restaurants. Large and well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms and good beds. Lisette was very welcoming and helped us with all the small and big things we were wondering about. There were also good instructions left in the house in writing. The area of Apelviken is incredibly beautiful with shallow beaches perfect for the kids.

We are super happy with our visit! Large areas in the house, great kitchen, large plot and laundry room, good selection of kitchen items, desk to work on, fresh and three bathrooms, sauna, comfortable beds... Simply great! Serdar was always quick on the ball if there was anything. Varberg is 15 minutes away, there is a grocery store within walking distance from the house.

Nice landlords who were always available and on hand. Nice accommodation for a larger group to hang out in. Nice living areas, many bedrooms, two bathrooms combined with quiet area.

Unusually large and great garden for children to play in. Great terrace with table and seating and gas grill. Large dining table with lots of spaces inside. Quick responses from owner Remember to bring bed linen.

We stayed two families in Johanna's house, it worked great and we had a great time. We got to borrow bikes and fun things for the kids. Johanna and family were very hospitable and we felt at home in the house. We are very happy and would love to come back!

Large lovely villa located in a fantastic beautiful and scenic place with its own lake and Icelandic horses walking in the fields around the house. Large well-equipped kitchen and large beautiful living rooms with super views. Lovely bedrooms on the 1st floor with good beds. My warmest recommendations.

We had very good days in the nice house. The communication with Sanda was very smooth with quick responses, both before and during our stay. The house was perfect for us with 3 kids, especially big plus for the playroom and pool. Everything that we needed was available. We would love to come back, thank you! :)
