The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Cozy, bright and newly renovated accommodation located 100 meters from the sea in the fishing village of Svanshall on the Kulla Peninsula, with lovely views of Skälderviken. Pleasant surroundings with the possibility of, for example, golf, fishing, hiking and swimming. Many cafes and restaurants are nearby, including Svanshall's tavern in the harbor. Beautiful timber house from the 1820s, newly renovated in 2018. The house has stunning views of Öresund, located in the Möllehässle Nature Reserve 2 km south of Mölle. Local bus is within walking distance. Tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. There are two floors consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.
