A great place to stay for families and groups. Super quick responses, loads of info provided in advance and useful links to places in the area. Lovely house and so much to offer for the young and old - our group ranged from 5 years old to retirees and we all had a fab time. Everything was lovely and clean and well maintained. Would happily go back. Thank you!

We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

Such an amazing property in a great, central location. The house was very clean and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Julie was a great host with good communication.

No 8 is a lovely house that has been beautiful decorated throughout. Everything is clean and modern and the welcome basket was particularly welcome. Elliot is a responsive host, we had a minor issue and he was straight round to sort it out. There are a lot of stairs so not for anyone with mobility issues. We would thoroughly recommend this house, we had a lovely weekend.

Fantastic place, beautifully decorated with attention to detail, and very quiet and peaceful. It had everything we needed, even breakfast was provided. It felt like home, and will definitely return if we have the chance.

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

Our stay at Sue's house exceeded our expectations. It is very beautiful and tasteful, uncluttered, with lovely succulent plants in ceramic pots. It is really comfortable, so comfortable in fact that we didn't want to go out in the evenings! The garden is very pretty, and the artwork beautifully hung and displayed. There are books, loads of towels, comfortable sofas and cushions, soft rugs. Sue kindly left wood for the log burners, and they were laid and ready to light. I honestly couldn't fault it and would definitely stay again, but for longer next time.

Beautiful, traditional yet updated cottage with plenty of walking routes, quaint little spaces to explore, enjoy and relax. Shrimp cottage was a stunning little place for me and my partner to share and enjoy our first days of married life. the area is home from home to me and a firm chosen location to spend time relaxing whilst enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Shrimp cottage was welcoming, comfortable and a beautiful little place for a quiet period away from the norm. If you're up for walking there's some great paths and routes to take but be mindful if you're not ok with the stairs, beautifully maintained but definitely some awkward stairs where traditional characters sit. Not ideal for those who can't do well with more than a stair or two but perfect for us! We will be keeping this in mind for our next adventures on this part of the coastline.

Good location, very clean rooms and bathroom perfect for what we wanted. I had a few issue with the preauthorised deposit, I wasn’t aware of the payment as it’s not in an obvious place and my bank kept declining the website used. Luke was responsive but came across a little irritated by the inconvenience. Make sure you’re back authorise the payment in enough time. Other than this small issue everything else was perfect.

The house was very clean and tidy. We really liked the colonial decor. Nice bed linen and lots of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and the use of a bbq was an added bonus when the sun came out. Lots of garden furniture, the garden was great for our 20 month old grandson. Haldon forest park 5/10 mins drive up the road was great for walking , cycling and had good play parks for all ages. Nicola’s communication was great! Thank you for a great stay!

2nd week our lads have stayed at this property, they enjoyed their stay once again. place was spotless and matched pictures on the ad. very handy location to be able to walk into the centre for food. would stay again if working back in the area.

We booked a 3 night stay in the week. Harry’s place was fantastic. He supplied enough breakfast items to feed a few people, which was such a bonus . The house was lovely, really homely and comfortable. Our pooch was catered for too. Some really beautiful walks from the house into the woods, which we all enjoyed. The coast was about 30mins drive, which we did visit. One thing to note, some of the local restaurants/takeaways were not open until midweek which wasn’t a deal breaker but good to know. The Pig at Combe was a great place to visit and eat, dogs allowed in the Folly, highly recommend. Communication from Harry was great and we did get to meet him as they only live next door. We would definitely like to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is spacious, quiet, and absolutely lovely. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the house is stocked with everything you might need. There’s plenty of kitchenware and dining essentials, which made cooking and eating in really convenient. The owner was very responsive and proactive, making sure everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and I strongly recommend this place!

Lovely cottage in peaceful and attractive countryside surroundings only a short drive from Exeter. Roddy is a very friendly and helpful host. Would stay again.

The cottage has been done up to the highest standards, with beautiful furniture throughout and an extremely well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub is a real highlight, particularly under lights in the evening, with a stunning view thrown in. Easy access to Exeter and other Devon attractions, and just a 3 minute walk from the excellent Ley Arms pub. We’ve visited Devon many times and have stayed in some wonderful places, but this is our clear favourite. We will be back!

Absolutely incredible property - the best airbnb we have stayed in for two people. It is gorgeous inside, high spec with wonderful little touches. Scandi heaven.

Lovely little characterful cottage for our 3 night stay. Cosy, comfortable and had all we needed. Pet friendly and good local dog walks. Parking nearby wasn’t a problem and fab access to both Exeter and beach towns. Highly recommend for the location and the cottage.
