The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .

Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

The Loft, Uni & City centre 5 minutes Free parking
7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.
