This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Having grown up in the area, Kennel Farm is the place we choose to come back for our family holiday every year. We love the house and surroundings. Excellent location and Tanya is a perfect host. Highly recommend.

Great place. Spacious living area with everything we needed. Cafes and bakeries within 2 min walk + amazing playground. Would def stay again.

We wanted to get away from it all in a part of Dartmoor we hadn't been to before and Steve's place seemed to fit the bill. When we got there, we found that it more than met our expectations! The Barn was exactly what we were looking for: a wonderful peaceful location and extremely comfortable and very well-equipped accommodation. The big selling point for us was the fact that the Barn was on lots of well-mapped walks, so that we could go on lovely walks in all directions without having to get in the car. Steve and Tessa were the perfect hosts; they made us feel most welcome and we found we had a lot in common. We very much enjoyed our short stay and look forward to returning to the Barn before long to explore the area further.

My partner and I had the best time staying at the Annex. We took our two dogs with us and they loved running around the garden. Caroline and Steve were so welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations for walks and places to eat that were also dog-friendly. The Annex was homely and cosy and beautifully decorated. We would definitely recommend and would visit again.

This was a great location for our stay near Sidmouth where we had friends visiting over the weekend. Sidbury is a charming English village just outside Sidmouth, with a lot of traditional thatched cottages. The property has a lovely little garden where we sat and enjoyed the scenery and listened to the stream running past. It was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway to rest and recuperate.

We had lovely stay ! Beautiful, comfortable home in a picturesque setting. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Venetia was very welcoming and helpful. Incredible value. Would visit again in an instant!

Wow wow wow! Headland hideaway is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous, Mike was amazing!!! Messaged every day to check all is okay, send photos of the signpost where to turn and exactly where to park etc. his food recommendation were helpful and stop on! Tried lots and all were amazing! The pool was the biggest hit and we were so lucky when we stayed we had amazing weather! Everything was spotless and modern, loved the remote control curtains! A fabulous half term dreamy weekend! Thank you so much Mike! It was an absolute pleasure!

We had booked in for a very short stay of only two nights but we wish it had been longer, much longer. We cannot fault The Signal Box; everything to make a stay pleasant, convenient and enjoyable had been thought of. The exceptional view, the history of Luckett Station, the friendly sheep, the hot-tub, the superbly comfortable bed - all combined to make this an experience that we will remember for a long time to come. The entire property was beautifully kept, with immaculate gardens and a very high standard inside. The instructions for access on arrival to the property were clear and easy to follow and the business is obviously very well run. Definitely worth recommending to others and a return visit. Thank you for having us.

I stayed here just recently with 4 other friends due to attending a friend’s wedding nearby. This location is beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. Everyone was pleased with the property and it really did feel like home. 100% will look to be returning.

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

We loved our trip to Goodleigh. The farm was beautiful, the stables were beautiful - the hot tub was a real treat. The kids loved the rope swing and we played many of the games. The place was just beautiful, the decor, location and comfy beds were perfect for our week away. We visited some lovely beaches (30 min drive tops), Combe Martin and Lynton/ Lynmouth were favourites of ours. We visited a recommended pub - The Black Venus Inn was amazing, food was great. A perfect week and would 100% recommend.

Amazing stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location and super easy check-in. The host was friendly and responsive—would definitely book again!

Just back from spending 2 nights in the caravan, with my partner and dog. We had a lovely time the caravan was very peaceful with beautiful views, it was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Dawn had added nice touches there was tea, coffee, milk apple juice and cookies waiting for us. The secure garden was perfect for our dog and he loved meeting the sheep and chickens. Dawn came over and introduced herself and was very helpful with information about the farm and suggestions on places to eat that allowed dogs. We will definitely be returning sometime in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at The Summer House. Carolyn was so helpful and understanding of my extra needs and made me feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy and looked out over the lovely garden. A real treat for me. I would definitely return and make the most of the beautiful garden and park.

Lovely, immaculate cottage. Great location to walk to beaches and restaurants. Holly was really responsive and recommended a great dog friendly pub for Sunday dinner. We had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Diana was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay just as perfect. The accommodation was pristine and exceeded expectations. The gardens were peaceful and tranquil. I can’t rate this property highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a convenient location for surrounding areas. We were there for a wedding so can’t comment on the wider area and what’s on offer.

Lovely, peaceful stay, just what was needed - cabin was tidy, clean and private, lovely touches with the eggs and homemade jam and the animals were the absolute highlight! Nothing better than waking up to find some goats ready to greet you☺️ Carole was friendly, quick to respond and made the experience smooth. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway with the option to explore towns and beaches further afield

Beautiful cottage, very peaceful location. A short drive to lots of different coastal towns and walks. Will come again!

Perfect in everyway for us to enjoy time together. Well equipped kitchen, homely and modern. Lovely surroundings. We loved the hot tub.

Myself, my partner and our dog spent three nights at The Annex and it was the most perfect, stylish, comfortable space. This was definitely one of the most well-designed Airbnbs we've stayed in, from the classy kitchen/lounge and wonderful, unique garden/decking area, full of fun ephemera, to the glorious jukebox - we did as instructed and played it loud and it was fantastic!! :) Everything had been thought of and we really appreciated the many treats awaiting us, as did our dog - beer and wine, milk, tea/coffee, a sweetie tin (much dipped into!!) and doggy biscuits. Our hosts were on hand to answer any questions and were so kind, friendly and accommodating. The location is great too with central Exeter - particularly its beautiful Quayside area - all easily walkable. Thank you, Tony, Anita and Macher, for everything - a brilliant stay!! :)

The most beautiful surroundings for a long weekend escape. The outdoor bath and shower were a firm favourite. The place smelt incredible from the moment we walked in, like walking into a spa and just instantly relaxing. Really private and so beautifully done! We absolutely loved our time here - thank you! Lyme Regis was really great - never been before but what a lovely seaside town.. great recommendations, golden cap walk followed by pizza at the anchor inn, and the beautiful walk through the woodlands into Lyme Regis, is a must! Couldn’t recommend this place more 😊
