the pod@springwater

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

We have a small quirky and historic detached property located in the St Thomas area of Exeter, perfect for one or two guests. Wi-Fi, lounge TV with Firestick & bedroom TV with Chromecast. Comfortable self contained city accommodation with own private entrance, kitchen and shower room. Only a short walk from Exeter St Davids and Central railway station, city centre shopping, bars, restaurants and Exeter university. The apartment is in an ideal location to discover Exeter and offers a relaxing space to explore from. The Studio space is one room with a double bed and sofa bed. There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .

The Heavitree Hideaway

Welcome to our secluded studio cabin with its own private garden. The Heavitree Hideaway is a 15 min walk from Exeter city centre, a 10 min walk from the Hospital & a 4 min walk from Waitrose supermarket. The peaceful garden area is fenced off at the end of our own long garden. Independent access is via a keypad at the side passage of our house The spacious wetroom/toilet has an electric shower & hot water sink which is separate to the studio but accessed via a covered decking area

Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

For those arriving by train, it is conveniently located just 7 minutes from St David's station and 4 minutes from Exeter Central station.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Free off road parking. Bus stop is a few minutes walk away. Use it as a base to explore the rest of Devon including the stunning coastline and breath taking Dartmoor National Park.
