Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

Recently refurbished, we have 2 guest suites included which are separate to the main house with independent access. The Attic occupies it's own floor accessed via a private staircase with twin beds and a bathroom.
