Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. The apartment has a touristic license which is mandatory in Catalonia (H UTB 008138). Hallway (5M2) A large living and dining room (35 M2); A large double bedroom (20 M2); One bathroom (13 M2). That is why we made a little guide with our favorite places to visit and to go out for dinner and drinks in order for you to experience Barcelona the way we do after having lived here for several years. The home is set in the Eixample Derecha, also known as the Golden Triangle of Barcelona, famous for its 19th century Modernist buildings. This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Public parking is available in front of the apartment (outside) and free depending of the area and timing. Private parking (covered with guard and 24 accessible) is available at a special rate of 15 Euros a day.

This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. Fast trains are 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Many guests find it amazing to have a day trip in Rome, Venice or Milan from this location. Taxi service and buses/tram is also available just round the corner

We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.

CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
