The connect your streaming device such as phone or tablet and select samsung micro 12d954 There is a TP-Link internet repeater plugged into the wall. This is essential for achieving decent wi-fi coverage in the living room and main bedroom particularly for the smart TV so please do not disconnect or move socket locations. Heating and hot water The thermostat to switch the heating on and off is on the wall in the hallway next to the main bathroom. The Honeywell thermostat shows the ambient temperature, simply press the arrow buttons up or down to lower or increase the temperature. There is back up heating through the three air conditioning units located in the living room and bedrooms. To switch on ensure first the display on the remote control is showing the right mode which is the “sun” icon then simply switch on. It normally takes 3-5 minutes in standby mode before the heating comes on. The hot water is instant from the boiler located in the loft above the second bedroom. If the pressure drops there is a filling loop which feeds the boiler which should be switched on for no more than a couple of seconds and then switched off again. Both showers feature an “anti-scald” feature. This is a small button on the shower mixer which cuts supply to the hot water if there is a temporary interruption of cold. If the button is in the “high” position simply depress and simultaneously turn the mixer tap anti-clockwise The main water supply switch off is under the shelf space in the cupboard immediately to the left of the of the kitchen sink. To access take out the shelf and then using a small screwdriver insert to the valve and turn to shut off. Kitchen The electrolux reverse action tumble dryer is a condensor model so it traps the water in a plastic tank on the left hand side of the machine. Once this fills up (it wont go on if its full) you need to simply take out and drain water and then re-insert. It is also important to take out any fluff from the filter at the front of machine to ensure it operates correctly. Aeg lavanat prototex washing machine - the simplest program is the 20 minutes fast program followed by a 17 minute spin.Because of its location it is difficult to open the panel to put in the wash liquid so its easiest simply to enter directly in the machine. To start the daewoo microwave simply open the door as this triggers it switching on and select program. Electricity The apartment has 3-phase electricity. The fuse box is located in the hallway to the right hand side of the entrance door. If any part of the electricity cuts first check the lower box to see if a single phase has cut and then switch on again. If it is simply an individual item that has loss of electricity power then check the upper fuse box and see which switch has dropped and switch on again, all are labelled according to function. Miscellaneous Lowering the blinds at night helps reduce street noise and also helps heat insulation. Generally speaking no loud noise is tolerated in Hungary after the cut-off of 9pm Plastic and paper should be separated for recycling. All bins are on the ground floor rear of the building Access Access to the building is using the blue magnetic key device which should be touched or held close to the street buzzer panel. The apartment is located on the third floor. Take the lift to the third floor and on coming out turn right and the entrance door is on the corner. Guests can buzz up from the street typing in “23” and the intercom button automatically opens the front door. Get back in touch with nature at this luxury cabin nestled in a quiet hamlet. Find tranquility on the terrace surrounded by breathtaking views, or lounge amid thoughtful decor and chic modern finishes in the exposed oak beam interior. Blue Vale is brand new as of June 2018! We helped to design this green oak framed building and have been involved in the whole process of building it, doing much of it ourselves. For our colour scheme we have used different shades of blue throughout, playing on the name of Blue Vale. The furnishing and finishing touches are of a high standard to help promote a comfortable and luxurious finish. There is an eclectic style combining modern country with industrial finishes. Luxury, high thread cotton bedding and towels, large flat screen smart tv's and luxury Neals Yard toiletries help to give the top-end finishing touches we would appreciate if we stayed away from home. Blue Vale is completely self contained but sits in the grounds of our family home. The decked outdoor living space is screened by trellis on the garden side with fields on the other. You would be very welcome to walk around our garden. We can be as interactive as you wish. With living in the same grounds we are close at hand if needed. We will welcome you when you arrive but will be respectful of your privacy. The glorious Blackmore Vale landscape is a tapestry of farmed green fields with a sprinkling of English villages, of which Sandley is one. Walk out (or cycle, using our available bikes) onto country lanes and venture along a web of footpaths to discover this unspoilt part of Dorset. Visit Stourhead, stroll around the ancient towns of Sherborne or Shaftesbury or discover the beautiful Jurassic coast. Visit Longleat safari park, Haynes Motor Museum, Monkey world & Yeovilton Air Museum. Sandley is a quiet hamlet with the neighbouring village of Buckhorn Weston just a mile away. The Stapleton Arms pub can be found here. We are 10 minutes away from the towns of Gillingham and Wincanton where various supermarkets, shops and services are. There is a train station in Gillingham which has a direct route to London in less than 2 hours. The larger cities of Bath and Salisbury are less than an hours drive and it takes around an hour to drive to the beautiful Jurassic coastline. The historic towns of Shaftesbury and Sherborne are only 15 and 20 minutes away respectively. The quiet rural roads and bridleways of the Blackmore Vale are excellent for cycling and walking. Blue Vale is in the grounds of our family home. There is a one- bedroomed B&B facility on the ground floor of our home.

Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
