The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

From the intimate SPA usable in both summer and winter to the majestic gazebo allocated on the farmyard where once the wheat was beaten. Alberobello is only 1.5 km away.

10th century medieval Castle

In the Ripollès region, between rivers, valleys and mountains, the ancient Castle of Llaés (10th century) stands splendidly. A unique place, of exceptional beauty, where absolute tranquility reigns in the middle of an exuberant nature. The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
