Having read previous reviews I knew we would enjoy staying at Martinas place and we absolutely did. She was so friendly and helpful when we arrived, very responsive, and the breakfasts were just gorgeous! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with our 1 year old son and he loved walking down the lane to see the horses. Really comfortable stay and would highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay, it was so relaxing and peaceful, exactly what was needed. It is possibly the quietest place I have stayed and the lack of light pollution meant we were treated to an incredible starry night, perfect for my telescope. Sanchia was a perfect host, left us alone but was there if anything was needed. The only downside of our stay was having to leave. We already planning and looking forward to our next visit.

This was a lovely week away in the perfect surroundings. If you want somewhere in Cornwall with beautiful views and a quiet atmosphere, but still close enough to all the attractions, beaches and towns then this honestly is the best place to be. Added benefits include a gorgeous bath tub, hot tub (does take a little while to warm up) and sauna. I wish I had also taken advantage of the garden a bit more which seems like a peaceful place to chill out in the morning. Would highly recommend

Stopped for a couple of nights at the Woodpeckers Cottage for a mini honeymoon, we had a wonderful relaxing time, was the perfect weekend! Was perfect to take the dog, the enclosed dog field was an amazing idea, it was lovely to sit there in the evening and watch the sunset. Everything in the cottage was spotless, and had everything you could possibly need. Jacqui was excellent at communicating, and when we did message needing a bit of help, they came over straight away, nothing was a problem! Thank you both for a lovely time, and for being so friendly and welcoming!

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely amazing for us family of 4. The setting is peaceful and private, with stunning views that made it feel like a true escape. The cabin itself was spotless and cosy and solidly built. We especially enjoyed peace and quiet and lying on the sofa looking across at the big mountains on the over side of the valley. This hut is well equipped with good quality cooking facities, equipment and knives, and we appreciate the soldar handsoap and the washing up liquid. The host was responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. It’s close to great hiking spots and a nearby town with a shop, yet still feels secluded. We left feeling refreshed and restored and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this gem in the mountains.

Really an experience to stay at the summer cottage! We just had a little bad luck with the weather, so it was quite cold, the wind blows through, but it was also exotic. But remember to bring plenty of clothes, and be prepared for the fact that it can get cold. Beyond that, great! Very fun to see the amazing garden at Hovelsrud farm, Marianne was a brilliant host and very nice :)

The setting was perfect for our adventures around the Pembrokeshire coast , the accommodation was excellent, sitting outside with a nice cold beverage watching the sun slowly sizzle into the sea. We loved it , especially the dogs who were excited by the wildlife and the brilliant little coves we explored. There was some busy farm work at the time of our visit, however this didn’t detract from the beautiful scenery and experience. Overall a thoroughly relaxing holiday 😎😎

Such a beautiful place to stay! Everything was immaculate and felt like a home from home! Couldn’t ask any more from a host either- really helpful when we asked for recommendations and even bought round toys for the kids to play with. 5* :)

Cozy accommodation - a break, I mean a break;) in a peaceful haven away from it all.

Perfect stay! Absolutely faultless accommodation. Unique, modern, comfortable and peaceful! The hot tub was the best part! We had the best stay as a young couple and we used this as a base to explore as much of North Wales as we could! (Highly recommend hiring e-bikes from snowdonia bike hire). We can’t wait to return ☺️

This was truly one of the most unique and inspiring stays we’ve experienced. Bianca’s warm hospitality and thoughtful communication made us feel right at home. The farmhouse itself was incredibly comfortable—cozy, well-appointed, and full of charm. And the scenery? Absolutely breathtaking. Every view felt like a painting.

This was definitely the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. A stunning house that has been beautifully and thoughtfully converted with interesting touches, and which was so comfortable (the beds!!) and incredibly well equipped. With a hot tub, bikes, kayaks, canoe, disc golf, BBQ, picnic and marshmallow kit… and more! The setting by the lake is beautiful and we had wonderful lazy afternoons on the deck and playing games in the flower strewn field. And Niklas and family were so thoughtful and helpful, fixing minor issues that arose and sharing the history of the house. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Thank you Jacqueline for a wonderful stay at the Granary Cottage. Such a beautiful and luxurious place to stay. Spotlessly clean and every luxury laid on. The bedroom here is the highlight, it's a dream, would be hard to imagine a nicer place to sleep. We stayed for 4 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Hosts Jacqui and Ian were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Would give 6 stars if we could.

For a weekend getaway, this is a fantastic place. The host is quick to respond to questions. Everything is well and clearly explained (in French). Parking is possible just a little further on in a parking lot. The barn is so beautifully renovated, it truly is a gem!

A very nice quiet relaxing place. There's a beautiful garden. Nicola is a very kind person and she paints beautiful pictures. We felt comfortable and would love to come again.

Georgina’s property is stunning with really beautiful decor and soft furnishings. The house is very spacious and works brilliantly with two families having two big bedrooms both with en-suites. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with quality fixtures and fittings, we all enjoyed cooking in this lovely space! The drawing room is spacious and comfortable a sofa big enough for four is a rare find! Georgina’s personal touches with fresh flowers in the bedrooms and hallway was lovely, not to mention the fresh milk, bread, orange juice and shortbread /jams etc. Thank you Georgina for all your great recommendations and help we loved our time here and hope to be back!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is well stocked and met all our needs. We felt very well cared for, and couldn’t have loved more the sunsets and lambs playing. We hope to return someday, as it was a magnificent retreat.

From the moment you arrive you are surrounded by Cotswolds charm & tranquility. This is a very special place. A pleasure to have met Mark on arrival & upon entering the Hayloft you immediately see how both owners have put their heart and soul into making such a special space. It's truly magical & like other reviews have said before, one of the best Airbnbs out there for sure! Being a local I know the area & I don't think it gets much better than this. Your stress melts away literally the minute you arrive. The generous goodies were so welcomed local bread, bacon, sausages, butter, eggs and milk the kitchen was so well stocked you dont need for anything! Quality luxurious linens, super comfy bed, fluffy towels the luxuries are all there. Spotlessly clean & delighted to have a luxury shower room & also a luxury bathroom. Quiet location & utterly picturesque. The cows in the field where you park was one of the highlights, so calming. Our new fave place. Thank you Mark & Katie

We had the most magical stay at this stunning countryside home for a bachelorette celebration, hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautifully designed, warm, and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Set in the most picturesque spot, with rolling field views full of yellow flowers, it truly felt like the ultimate countryside escape. The open-plan kitchen and living area was perfect for our intimate dinner party, spacious yet cosy, and ideal for gathering as a group. Each bedroom had its own charm and was so comfortable and inviting. Outside, the garden was just as beautiful, and the hot tub was a total highlight! The attention to detail throughout the property made it feel really special, and the overall experience felt both luxurious and homely. Communication with the host was seamless and so helpful from start to finish. We’re already dreaming about our return!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The jacuzzi was lovely! The hosts were great at providing us with all the information we needed for a stress free check in/out and a perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mini break. Peacocks were a lovely surprise seeing them walk around the estate. Thanks again! Throughout our stay the communication with Susan was first class. Immediately after booking we received detailed instructions to reach, and access, the property and also of what to expect once we got there. The Loft is situated in a quiet country setting. The Loft was superb, it was spotlessly clean throughout and everything looked new. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, a really nice touch was the Espresso coffmachine. We were able to make te andcoffee on our arrival and provided with breakfast for the next morning. The living and dining areas lwere very comfortable with modern decor. We used the free wifi and Netfix provided. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and a wonderful shower. I loved the gadgets in the house especially the touch pads on the walls which operated the temperature, lights and external door. This is easily of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at.
