We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

We highly recommend a stay at SeaBreeze. It is exactly as described. Very welcoming, had lots of the “little touches” such as tea bags/coffee/sugar, washing up liquid. It was squeaky clean and the deco was very quirky and felt “beachy” and homely. Nice touches with some books and games. The bath was the cherry on top for me. Alison was lovely and in communication before and after our stay. She was also available all the way through our stay but we didn’t need her. We had the perfect spot to explore Fleetwood and Blackpool, we even took a day to go up to the lakes. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend. A 5* place for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at Joshua place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the seaside, which made it easy to enjoy the beach every day. The place was very clean and tidy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. It felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.

We loved our stay in the cottage and being back in Kippford. Beautiful views out of the front bedroom windows. The house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The ice cream from the village shop was a huge hit with our children!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautifully renovated home in Morecambe. The house was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. It’s in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach, promenade, and local shops. The host was friendly and communicative, and check-in was seamless. One thing to be aware of is that the house is located opposite a pub, which can be quite loud in the evenings. It didn’t bother us too much, but it might be something to consider for lighter sleepers. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient base by the sea!

The house was exactly as described. very neat, comfortable and spacious. It felt like a home. The location of the house was a plus for us as it gave us easy access to the center of attractions. The nearby beach was really nice. Jennifer was also nice and responsive. she gave us clear instructions and left some complimentary drinks for us in the fridge which was very thoughtful of her. Overall, we had a great experience.

Absolutely gorgeous place. We loved being on the lake and and having access to it. Vanessa gave loads of recommendations and communicated well. Pictures matched the place. Wouldn't hesitate going back.

Although I didn’t meet Rachel, I did meet her husband Adrian. What a great bloke! This house has everything you need and more! Pool table, darts board, karaoke machine, jacuzzi, small pool and even flashing lights! Ady was super responsive and helpful.

Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

The caravan we stayed at was lovely. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates which was a nice gesture and the kids were very excited about haha We had forgotten our phone chargers but luckily there was a charger at the caravan. The TV had netflix and there was WiFi available. The hosts local guide was brilliant and we did most things recommended including Williamson park, Lancaster castle, St Patrick's chapel at Heysham Head and Morecambe which we would highly recommend to others staying. We had taken our own t.bags, coffee, sauces etc but these were also left at the caravan so if people forgot things then they were available. Would stay here again :)

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

We spent 5 nights for half term here and very much enjoyed our stay. The views are magnificent. Very tranquil setting - perfect for sunset walks and relaxation. The kids really enjoyed being able to see the stars at night away from the light pollution of cities. People are polite and friendly. The accommodation had everything we needed and was a great base to explore SW Scotland. Anna was great with communication and an excellent host.

Michelle was an excellent host. The caravan was exactly as depicted in the photographs—immaculately presented, comfortable, and well-maintained. The instructions provided were clear and comprehensive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience throughout our stay. The location was superb, offering stunning sea views that greatly enhanced our visit. We were especially grateful for the welcome treats, which were thoroughly enjoyed by the children. I would definitely recommend Michelle’s caravan and would happily rebook if we visit Lancashire again.

We had a lovely break. The position of the caravan overlooking the sea is one of the best on the site and it had everything we needed. We’d very happily go back for another stay.

We loved our stay at Signal House. House is absolutely beautiful. It’s in such a lovely location with fantastic views along the coastline. Easy to walk into Amble or along coastal path in both directions. House amazing, spotlessly clean. We hope to come back some time. Thankyou Tracey for a great stay x

We had a wonderful stay at Willow Cottage. It is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. Jo went above and beyond to ensure we got the most out of our holiday and she was the perfect host. The area is peaceful and idyllic with lovely beaches and beach side cafes. The cottage and area is very dog friendly which was great for us! Overall, we had a lovely stay at Willow Cottage and we will definitely be looking to return in the very near future.

A beautiful cottage, so warm and cosy with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. A great base for accessing the nearby lakes and other local attractions. Being dog friendly ensured the whole family got to enjoy the trip.

This is an absolutely wonderful little house, in beautiful condition. Clean, comfortable and homely, it even has plentiful toys, games and books which our 4yo was delighted by. It's within an easy walk of Morecambe prom, Morecambe town centre, Happy Mount Park, and a fish and chip shop. We would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return one day soon. this is a great house for a group of friends or a large family, plenty of bathrooms and beds,, well equipped kitchen, comfortable seating in the lounge, great location for exploring Lytham,St Anne's. great restaurants near by, plenty of shops and just a few minutes walk to the beach, ample parking too

Great location for exploring the North East coast. The cottage was thoughtfully furnished, great quality beds and linens. Cooking equipment is of high standard, which meant we could easily prepare our own meals. Lynda was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. We’re likely to return as we felt ‘at home’ in the cottage and there’s still quite a few local spots we didn’t have time to visit this time.

What a fabulous place! We had a wonderful stay with our 2 children - they loved the Pirate room, jam packed full of books, toys and dress up! There is a park 5 min walk away and another about 15 mins walk away, which was perfect to keep the kids entertained very easily. Parking was available right outside and the beach was a stones throw away. The place was lovely with nice little touches and all the amenities we could need. Thank you again! Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous stay! Gorgeous views and have never felt so relaxed in a short space of time. Liz and Dave’s directions were brilliant and helped us find their plot with ease. The caravan had a lovely, clean and fresh smell as we arrived and it was spotless. Beautiful surroundings and so peaceful. Considering there were so many other caravans close by, it felt really private and like it was just us there. We were gutted to come home and cannot wait to come back! We’re already planning our return trip and cannot recommend Liz and Dave’s property enough! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

We have just got home from a FANTASTIC stay in this lovely house! We felt right at home and we loved it here! Plenty of space and things to do both within the home and out of the home! Everything was either walkable or able to get the tram! The hot tub was a hit with everyone kids included and it was a lovely evening dip for us adults when the breeze was there! The owners were always so helpful and had time to reply to my messages throughout the weekend! Thank you so much for this and I’m sure in the future we will return to one of your properties! ☺️❤️
