Harter Cottage- Beautiful Lake District views

Parkgate Farm Holidays is a peaceful farmstead site with a few sheep and friendly donkeys at the foot of the Eskdale and Wasdale valleys in Cumbria's Western Lakeland. We have recently updated this cottage ---- with a new kitchen with a proper hob and oven, and also replaced all the windows and even the front door ! The Forge cottage is set on our working sheep farm, on the Durham Northumberland border. Ideal for couples, or people traveling on their own, the cottage is a great location for local attractions such as Beamish Museum, Durham, Newcastle, Kilhope lead mining museum etc., but it's also great for those looking for peace and quiet and country walks !!

Our lovely property is a dormer bungalow, which sleeps 8 guests. It is located in Ambleside, backs onto Stockghyll Falls and is a stone's throw from the bustling town centre. With lots of classic Lakeland walks on offer from the front door, this easy-living family home is a proven haven. We’re taking extra steps to sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations after the coronavirus. Ample precautionary signs are in place on the stairs leading to the loft conversion bedroom upstairs.

Curlew Cottage is situated in a lovely rural area with amazing views of the Moffat Hills. Curlew Cottage offers the perfect holiday cottage to get away from it all and relax in the wood fuel hot tub looking out over the panoramic view of the Moffat hills.
