The Forge cottage is set on our working sheep farm, on the Durham Northumberland border. Our lovely property is a dormer bungalow, which sleeps 8 guests. It is located in Ambleside, backs onto Stockghyll Falls and is a stone's throw from the bustling town centre. With lots of classic Lakeland walks on offer from the front door, this easy-living family home is a proven haven. We’re taking extra steps to sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations after the coronavirus. Ample precautionary signs are in place on the stairs leading to the loft conversion bedroom upstairs.

Curlew Cottage offers the perfect holiday cottage to get away from it all and relax in the wood fuel hot tub looking out over the panoramic view of the Moffat hills.
