Vacation home rentals in Canal du Midi

We stayed 9 days at the bastide and we had a wonderful time. Aicha and Samir were very responsive whenever we had a question and the accommodation is one where you can make yourself at home. It feels lived in, it has a soul. The views are quite exceptional and the walks/hikes around / starting from the hamlet are beautiful. There is something very special about this house.

The house is true to the listing and perfect for hosting a group of 11 people with its many bedrooms and beds. The terrace and the exteriors are very pleasant in this month of June, we were able to enjoy the different relaxation spots to the fullest. One thing to be aware of, there are many stairs in the house including 1 step in the kitchen that is not very visible and a spiral staircase to go down from the terrace to the pool, you just have to be very careful if there are elderly people, children or people with reduced mobility. Accommodation true to the description. Everything is clean and tidy. The host was flexible for our arrival.

Excellent stay. Annika made herself very available to welcome us. The apartment completely renovated with taste is a real haven of peace. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and shops while being very quiet. I highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at Alain's place! The area is beautiful and Brassac is conveniently located close to Foix and the start of very nice walks. The house is full of charm, the upstairs bedroom, with its toys, is a paradise for children! We highly recommend.:)

We left very grateful to Martine for this stay, it was just perfect. The house is very well equipped and impeccably clean, the nature around is beautiful, and all of the well-being activities made these two days unforgettable. Would love to be back again!

The cottage is part of a renovated barn.  It's been done extremely well.  There's a large living room / kitchen / diner and a separate utility room downstairs, the living area has two comfy sofas and a very well appointed kitchen.  I suspect there was enough crockery etc to have a dinner party for 12!  One shortfall was no microwave which was surprising. Upstairs was a small bedroom / study, bathroom and an absolutely massive master bedroom which bigger than some places I've played indoor soccer!  Joye was absolutely lovely.  Unfortunately I had an unavoidable on-line conference to attend while we staying and the internet for the whole region crashed the day before.  Unprompted, Joye rang around to find me a back-up location to deliver my speech.  Luckily it wasn't needed but even so she and her family avoided using tje internet when I was on line to minimise any possible problems.  That's definitely an “above and beyond' level of service. All in all a lovely place and I wish we could have stayed longer.   

We had a wonderful weekend of the ascension at Romy's. Everything was perfect from start to finish, the kindness, the welcome, the availability of Romy and his wife; the tranquility of the accommodation, the spa. A nice place to visit the area and unwind.

William was so helpful and let us use the garage to store our bikes - he was very friendly and the apartment was spotlessly clean

The place was pristine and in very beautiful surroundings. Big comfy beds and everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking.

It all fit according to the description. Due to the preseason, it was still quiet in the area! We could check in earlier and checking out on departure was also quite unproblematic, communication was excellent!

Great stay at Émilie's. Tastefully made cottage, very warm and relaxing. Émilie is very friendly and welcoming, she is available as needed and very discreet. Quiet environment with animals. Every day Caramel and Jeannot came to say hello (little name I gave the family cat and their rabbit), very nice! Plus, there were turtles. I thought it was great! I'll keep Emilie's address and hope to come back. Congratulations on this quality of hospitality. 👍

We had a great time at Frédéric's place. He welcomed us warmly, with great sympathy, and we had very good discussions. He was very accommodating and available throughout the stay. The accommodation is in a great location, very well equipped and above all very quiet, which allowed us to rest well. A address we recommend without hesitating!

Excellent, quiet stay! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and in all respects as advertised. Nice pool but the weather was still a little chilly to swim in. Owner available and friendly. We'll be back with pleasure. Thank you Philippe!

We had a great time at Aleth's. The apartment is very nice, very pretty, well-equipped. The small terrace is super nice. It is ideally located right at the entrance to the ramparts, you are immediately in the city without the disadvantages. Parking is very convenient. Aleth is very attentive, responsive, and easy to reach. Go there without a second thought!

Very quiet places bcp of activity to do around. Thank you to Sylvain for his hospitality and availability. Clean accommodations and arranged properties tastefully decorated. Damages that the infrastructure of the residence is not more maintained and accessible. We'll be back though 😉

We had a great 4-day stay with friends (10 people in total) at Guillaume's chalet in Formiguères. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly suited for a group. The area is beautiful, with plenty of opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities. Bérénice, who welcomed us for the inventory, was very friendly and gave good advice: she recommended walks, local activities as well as good places to eat or shop. A very successful stay in a superb setting — thank you again to Guillaume and Bérénice for hosting us!

Thanks for the wonderful stay! The house is situated in a fantastic location directly on a beautiful pebble beach and is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a successful vacation. It offers plenty of space for four people. We were also impressed by the electric grill, which delivers excellent grilling results. Every morning we had breakfast on the beach and watched the sunrise – a real highlight. The hosts were extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations. We really didn't miss anything. We enjoyed our vacation to the fullest and would be happy to come back!

Very pleasant stay in this very cocooned place. The cottage is very well located, and you immediately feel comfortable. A real little haven of peace where it's good to relax. The Studio is immaculately clean. It presents exactly like the pictures and has lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the good weather. Dominique is very thoughtful about the shared spaces, too: with a lovely "sunset" and al fresco patio, interior laundry and game room, and sun-drenched picnic area immediately outside of the Studio. The wifi was fast for work, and the local trails were excellent for daily runs.

We only stayed for a weekend and it's a place to enjoy with more time: walks around, swimming pool... There is incredible peace and calm, the garden is perfect if you have a pet. The house is decorated with great simplicity and taste, the very good internet connection is appreciated. The cultural and historical offerings of the area compete with its nature. We will definitely be back. The host responds almost immediately to questions or concerns, she is charming and we were left wanting to get to know her a little better.
