We spent two nights in the apartment and everything went very well. The accommodation is easily accessible and located a few steps from the center of Albi, which allowed us to leave the car behind and fully enjoy the stay on foot. The apartment is well-equipped, comfortable and pleasant to live in. Philippe was also very responsive and available. We recommend this property!

We had a very nice stay. The view from the apartment was even better than on the pictures, the hot tub was a nice extra, the hosts were very friendly and being able to get breakfast in the morning was a good benefit. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely recommend Fred's place for longer stays.

Beautiful apartment with lots of charm. Very clean and in a very good location close to the small shops of Briatexte. Quiet despite the location between 2 streets thanks to the efficient double glazing. Parking place is available at the door. Julie is a very flexible and pleasant host. 2 points to take into account, the bathroom is not very private because it opens onto the living area and several windows without blinds so bright early in the morning (we were married so it was difficult to sleep in😅).

wow, what an incredible place to stay, right in the heart of an amazing vineyard and olive groves. The loft was very spacious with a beautiful little courtyard that gets the sun all day long. it's a perfect base to explore the many gorgeous towns and beaches that Lucien shows you on checking in. We had the most relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Very nice apartment for a family of 4 with two children. Small, nice shaded terrace with table and chairs ideal for enjoying the beautiful weather without suffocating in the sun. Kitchen with everything you need. Large fridge. Close to the beach and super 10 min walk. Responsive host.

I've rented this apartment several times. It is very nice, very friendly decoration close to the city center, with a very convenient underground garage. I highly recommend this apartment and the hospitality is always impeccable. The apartment is always very clean and bright.

Five stars! A perfect stay in a beautiful, spacious loft. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully equipped. Two large bedrooms, a comfy sofa bed, and a well-stocked kitchen with everything from spices to cooking oil. Great for families—there are toys for kids and even beach gear like an umbrella and games. The bathroom is large with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The toilet is separate, which is very convenient. Located between Montpellier and the beaches, the area is quiet with easy parking. A few stairs to reach the apartment—not an issue for us, but worth noting for those with mobility concerns. Late checkout was easy to arrange. Overall, this loft is a true gem in the heart of Lattes. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had an exceptional stay in Elisabeth's beautiful apartment, conforms to the photos but even bigger in person, decorated with very good taste, high end furniture, fully stocked kitchen. It is in an excellent building located right at Place de la Comédie with an exceptional view that never gets old! The location couldn’t have been better for access to Montpellier tram system, and the train station is only a few minutes by foot. Every thing is within walking distance of the apartment… super convenient! Elisabeth is a Super Host, very friendly and easy to deal with. We highly recommend.

Our stay as a couple was perfect. The kitchen is super well-equipped and convenient to use, the environment is very quiet and beautiful, and the bathroom with its skylight is really nice. The hosts are extremely responsive and attentive, we booked overnight for an early rental (arrival at noon), and they did everything to make it possible. Really lovely! In addition, the hosts leave recommendations and tips on the area, from the cheapest gas station to walks and local products, it's a gold mine! In short, if we were to go through the area again, we would choose the same accommodation without hesitation. Additional detail: we don't have children and it was raining, but the bunk beds are super nice and the garden is beautiful! There's even a pirate ship for the kids... It's a paradise.

The apartment is fantastic. Perfect central location, easy to walk around Toulouse. The space is great, a big kitchen perfect for putting together some of the amazing ingredients available a 10 minute walk away at Halles Victor Hugo. The livng space is big, with a piano! The big table perfect for board games. Extra thanks to Agnes who did check in, super friendly and lots of advice on places to visit nearby.

you can go there with your eyes closed. Quiet, very clean. they are very available. they know how to be of service. Rare nowadays. Very good hosts.

Super welcoming, very attentive and gives good advice about the area. He was a great help and support for us. We had a delay in our arrival time but he was patient and understandable. The apartment matches the description: clean, tidy, very well located right next to public transport and 10-15 minutes from the Capitol. Honestly, I recommend it.

Easy check in and a nice room to stay in. Mélissa communicated well and overall my stay here was amazing! Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment with proper facilities, especially the adorable kitchen. My husband and I visited Montpellier for the first time and Johan's house had everything that we needed. Strategic location, close to the city center and many amenities, including public transportation. Furthermore, Johan is a nice and quick response landlord when we needed his support. Our housemates and the cat are also friendly and welcoming. In short, it is not only a 'house' but also a 'home'.
