Ideally located 200 meters from the medieval city of Carcassonne and a ten-minute walk from the city center, this 23 m² studio equipped with everything you need is perfect for a solo or couple stay. Recently refurbished, the main room which is the TV lounge also has a sleeping area with a sofa bed. The south-facing courtyard is very pleasant for meals and aperitifs. All shops are within walking distance. This cottage is the starting point for discovering Cathar Country.

Parking in front of the house is free, and the property has a private entrance. Calm and privacy for your vacation.
