Townhome vacation rentals in Brazos River

We stayed for my daughters TCU graduation and felt right at home the moment we arrived. Both Jerry and Anna were super friendly and welcoming and even had items in the fridge for us just in case we were hungry or thirsty. They were responsive to my questions and the home was extremely well placed from TCU as well as quiet. Probably the most quiet place we have stayed. The house was cozy and rooms were huge with a nice work desk in case you have to work. We would definitely recommend and stay here again when coming to Fort Worth! Thank you!

10/10 stay and host. Have stayed at multiple other places jn Dallas. This was one of the best. Responsive, clear instructions, location, privacy and accommodating host were the elements that stood out.

We had an amazing two night stay at Jeff’s place. Jeff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed before check-in, so thorough and thoughtful. He even texted ahead to let us know the place was ready, that we could check in anytime upon arrival, no questions asked and no need to text for permission. It made everything smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the essentials. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants. One must-see is the Farmers Market just down the road, an absolute gem. A huge bonus was the 12 PM check-out time, giving us extra time to catch up on sleep after a late night of Monopoly Deal, so much better than the usual 10 AM rush. Beyond the stay itself, we loved seeing pieces of Jeff’s journey through the photos and artwork in his home, it made the space feel personal and full of stories. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place would stay again!

The host, Carol, was a real delight to work with- very friendly, helpful, & quick to respond - she made the whole experience easy. I loved the organic coffee pods and the Island Tunes played by Alexis! The townhouse was cozy, comfortable and attractive . The bedding was cute & the beds were very comfortable. Lovely view on the back deck, good for morning (faces west). It's off the main road a ways, so no rd noise. 😊

Great place to stay and very spacious! May seem like a lot of rules but if you are a clean person and take care of your stuff it’s simple things you would normally do at home. Definitely would recommend for a short or long stay!

Our family had a great, relaxing time at Mary's place. Easy beach access, easy driving access. The provided beach stuff really made a difference for our kids. Would happily stay here again!

Meghan’s Airbnb is perfect for visiting Austin/UT. It’s in a quiet spot and a short walk to a nice park. It is just as it appeared in the pictures, decorated nicely and very comfortable. The small backyard space was quiet and shaded-a perfect spot for morning coffee. I would definitely recommend Meghan’s place to anyone wanting to visit Austin.

Karina’s place was the perfect place for us! We loved the natural light, the work stations, the games/game room and a lovely kitchen for having our family over for dinner. Highly recommend. Even a refrigerator that streamed our music! Most of all, Karina was really gracious to give us a late checkout on Easter Sunday. You’ll love staying here when in Austin!! We did!

This place was amazing! It was clean and will make you feel right at home. It’s 20 minutes from downtown where all the festivities, so be prepared to rent a vehicle to drive or continuously spend money to go back and forth with Lyft or Uber. I really enjoyed my stay and Houston is definitely a vibe!

The home was charming and cozy. Zoe was proactive, friendly and responsive. The location was perfect for our needs. The whole experience felt welcoming and as of we were home.

Meredith's place met our needs perfectly. Just off Congress Avenue, it's located in the heart of Austin's fun and varied shopping district and is in walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and bars. There is loads of space inside the property for two couples, and an open floor plan that makes it easy to relax, socialize, or sit outside on the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Meredith was available at all times and made it easy to check in and out. This spacious and well-equipped spot was so much better than an impersonal hotel! I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Austin experience.

Home was very clean and stocked with things we needed over the weekend and Victor was easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great, and Enzo was an amazing host. He was very responsive and helpful. Space was much bigger than we expected. Strongly recommend if you’re looking for something close to the river walk and the Alamo!

Wonderful place. Had everything we needed, very close to downtown. Felt like a getaway inside. Having the rooftop and balconies was a plus.

I absolutely loved every thing about our stay!! The condo is beautiful, very spacious with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. This is a prime location for restaurants, and venues. Our Uber rides took less than 7min for pickup, everything was within 5 miles. Charlotte’s hospitality is by far the best!! I appreciate how attentive she was during our stay and making my day special ☺️ Don’t hesitate or cheat yourself this is the place to stay when visiting Houston, I definitely will return 10/10

We loved this house! We will for sure be booking again! The karaoke was the best part, not to mention the pool table! If you are looking for a place to have fun and enjoy quality time with friends and family this is the place !!

This house was perfect for our small family vacation. Beautiful view of the lake, very clean, comfortable and great host communication! A beautiful place to stay if you are looking for a quiet vacation by the lake with all the access to water fun activities.
