Villa vacation rentals in Brazos River

This was a great place to stay! The hosts were very communicative before and during our stay. The house was in a great location - everything was within a walkable distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Paula was very responsive and helpful. I will say that when we arrived, the pool was quite dirty due to not having a cover but it was storming before we arrived so it was not Paula’s fault and when we reached out to her about it, she had someone come out and clean it the next morning which we very much appreciated! The Airbnb was clean when we arrived and the stay was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Heavenly Haven. It was perfect for our family of grandparents, parents, and 3 little boys (ages 3, 3, 5). The condo had great views of the water, 5 minutes walk to the lovely pools or the beach. The condo was well equipped and provided plenty of beach equipment (wagon, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more). Bring your own canopy. It was great having the elevator from the garage level to the condo. Suzie was very helpful and answered any questions promptly. It was a lovely family vacation with great memories of our stay at Heavenly Haven.

Brittani was a fantastic, responsive host. The house was super clean and perfect for our friends golf weekend (of 12 guys). Great, central location as well.

This is a beautiful home with an outstanding view! It had lots of space for our family of 12 to spread out and come together! The home was very much like the pictures and the hosts were so kind and very responsive to the one question i had! I had no reason to contact them further because everything was perfect and the instructions for the home were very clear! The only thing i will say, is the water pressure in every single shower was abysmal. The water barely came out, and not one female in our group was able to really clean their hair. But the wonderful house and awesome view and the memories we made more than outweighed the water pressure!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jerry & Nela’s home. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything went smoothly, and the neighborhood was calm and quiet. Jerry & Nela were kind and responsive hosts, making the experience very easy and comfortable from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again — thank you both!

I did not stay at your beautiful home, my extended family, and their adult children from all over the country stayed at your home. Everyone commented on how great the home & amenities were . They are so thankful they were able to stay at your beautiful home. All of the guests were preparing to clean everything to depart on time, my daughter (19) stayed up all night and cleaned the whole house while everyone was sleeping! We had a spectacular time! Guests from Nebraska, Kentucky Crystal Beach, Texas, Tennessee all came to Fort Worth to celebrate my son’s wedding. Everyone commented on how beautiful and great the house and the amenities were. You can’t go wrong if you rent this home.😎

Our stay in Galveston was nothing but amazing! Roxanne was so responsive and helpful in the time before and during our stay. The bay is very nice and relatively close to the beach, I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful home with lots of fun activities, I highly reccomend this place.

Our party of nine enjoyed a great extended weekend stay at this property while in Austin for my daughter’s college graduation. The place was spotless and the scenery was beautiful. The location is a perfect combination of peaceful and accessible to everything we needed. Also, the downstairs primary bedroom and bath perfectly accommodated one of our older guests who requires a wheelchair, while the three upstairs bedrooms and sofa sleeper were just right for our large party. We will definitely stay here again and were sad to leave. Highly recommended.

Wendy's home was absolutely beautiful. The backyard area was our favorite. We loved having coffee on the back porch in the morning. In the evenings the yard games and plunge pool ended a perfect day. The location is great. River access was challenging for some of the smaller kids but we planned accordingly and made sure we had everything we needed so we only had to come back up the stairs once a day. Overall I highly recommend.

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

This place is just awesome. the pool is next level. plenty of fresh linens and towels in each bathroom and by the pool. David ( the host)is very responsive and helpful. the only negative is the outdoor kitchen wasn't operational. But we didn't really care because everything else was so great. We plan on renting this property for all our future trips to the area.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much! The pool and outdoor area was perfect for hanging out. Indoors we were able to play pool and ping pong, truly something for everyone. We had plenty of sleeping area to fit comfortably which can be difficult to achieve for a large group of adults like us. We loved the privacy and peacefulness around us. Annette had the bathrooms full of last minute items we might have forgotten like shampoo and conditioner which was so thoughtful! We highly recommend this property!

Undoubtedly the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The place is absolutely beautiful. It’s a huge space, but felt cozy at the same time. We had a small memorial for my father and we stayed two nights before the service and two nights after. My dad loved music and we were able to use the baby grand piano to help honor his life. The place is in the country, so it’s quiet and beautiful and just so peaceful. There’s lots of outside space to enjoy the scenery. I can’t say enough about how nice it was and how pleasant it was to be able to spend time with family who had traveled from Oregon, Indiana, Louisiana, and California to honor my dad. Thanks for helping us celebrate his life in such an amazing place!

Diego was very helpful and responsive to any issues that came up. The place was very comfortable and we felt at home. I would definitely stay at his place again or recommend it to anyone who needed a place to stay in Bastrop.

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cute, and super comfortable, with everything we needed. What really stood out, though, was the communication—friendly, helpful, and responsive, which is surprisingly rare these days. Huge thank you to the hosts for making everything so easy. We had such a great time at David's place. It was unique and very comfortable for us all. The upstairs apartment was perfect for the college kids, and the pool house and main house were great for the adults. The pool area was such a great place for all of us to hang out. The air conditioning stopped working in the pool house on our first evening, and David had someone over to fix it in less than an hour. We were very impressed and relieved. This home is a do-over for us.

A beautiful home!! Will be renting again

Dani is an incredible host. she´s really accesible, even more than me!!! she answered immediately to all my messages, and I was the one that forgot to check them out. She made our family vacation a dream come true. Her house is huge, beautiful, in a perfect place, near the river, downtown, Congress Ave, restaurants, places to go, I-H 35, but at the same time, in a street where you'll find all the privacy in the world. When Dani understood that I was traveling with two small girls and a baby, she immediately offered everything that would make my stay easier. She lent me carseats, highchairs, toys, etc..... and inside the house, as she explained, my girls found everything they desired to play, swim, read, or just to have a resting time. The kitchen is state of art, huge place, with all you may dream that will need to cook, serve and eat whatever you cook. there´s simply no downer in this airbnb, or in this host...
