Our trip was wonderful! The place was lovely and the few issues we did have were addressed quickly. We did bring a sound machine and ear plugs just to be proactive and the sound machine was a lifesaver at night to drown out loud upstairs neighbors, but that was a minor issue when the trade off was getting to walk to Barton springs every morning 3 minutes away. We loved the natural light and enjoyed the ac as well!

This is our second time staying at Sarah’s place and we absolutely love it! Great price, 5 minutes from a ton of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. Lady Bird Lake Trail is just steps away, and the backyard with the pool, big tree, and tanning chairs is a relaxing oasis in the middle of the city! 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

A fantastic place for an extended stay. I particularly loved how walkable it was to everything downtown Austin has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Our lago vista stay was perfect. It was clean, as described, and well equipped with kitchen essentials, towels, games, and linens. Although, we were a group of 8 adults, the home can also be accommodating for children with life jackets, a playpen, and potty chair stocked. We loved the heated pool and fire pit. The location was quiet and close to a nearby grocery store and food trucks. I would definitely book another stay. Thanks for having us!

We had an amazing stay at Jesse’s place. The hilltop view was gorgeous. We enjoyed time at the pool, and the walk to the lake made a nice morning or afternoon stroll! The beds were super comfortable, and we cooked using the outside stovetop. It was a great getaway and in a safe neighborhood! Would definitely go again!

He really shows interest in their guests having a perfect experiencel We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It is well decorated and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. There are many amenities to entertain your group, and the backyard is such a treat. The place was great, it looked just like the photos and it was so nice and clean! Everything went smoothly upon arrival and it was easy to get to. Candace was so responsive our entire stay, she was a wonderful host and was very attentive. I would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful place to stay in Barton Hills, peaceful and quiet surrounded by trees. Walkable to barton springs and close to south lamar. Mary's place is very comfortable with plenty of thoughtful amenities. Would highly recommend.

This is listed as a lake view but the lake is not visible unless you hand over the balcony. That really bummed me out! Other than that, the stay was good!

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Annie’s place in Austin. The space was light, bright, and peaceful — just as described in the listing. I instantly felt safe and at ease, and the photos truly reflect the calm, welcoming vibe of the home. Annie was incredibly accommodating, even allowing me to check in a bit earlier than scheduled, which made a big difference in my day. The neighborhood is super cute and easy to explore.
