Cozy place to stay and the court yard was great for my morning reading. Felt almost like u were in the country. Fort Worth was close by and all its activities. Description of kitchen is accurate. Cooking is mainly for quick meals, but plenty of restaurants nearby.

Kate and Courtney were fantastic hosts, always responsive and helpful. We appreciated the attention to detail and the generous touches - coffee, tea and snacks. Even though this is a small space it is well designed and thoughtfully arranged making it feel cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the property.

It was such a cute find! So pleased to have stayed at this location. Everything was clean and in great condition. If this place is available, book it!! Friendly reminder: to enter and leave, you must be able to climb a spiral staircase.

Amazing spot for a weekend getaway, would definitely come back

Wonderful location on the river and the nicest host! The unit is small but worked perfectly for our family of 4 (+ 2 dogs). We had everything we needed, and Mary Ann was so helpful and responsive. It was a nice float on the river from the dam to the last exit (just long enough). The walk back to the house is doable but I’m glad we had someone to pick us up. One thing to note, all table/chair seating is outside on the patio. There were a couple times we wished there was a small table (even if just a bistro set) inside, but definitely not that big of a deal. We had a slight scare on our last night and had to call an ambulance. Mary Ann was so kind, helpful and understanding. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

Host did a wonderful job communicating! While we were staying, San Antonio had to weather a tough thunderstorm that took out the internet for a brief moment. Before we even reached out to the host, she told us she contacted the provider and said it would be back up shortly. Due to flight times, she made an exception and also let me check in an hour or so early so I wouldn't have to sit and wait at the airport. It's a small spot but just enough for a short trip. The patio is so lovely, and had it not been raining, we would've been out there most of the time. Either way, it was a nice, calming view right in front of the bed. Water pressure was good in the shower as well. Wall air conditioner unit in the bedroom and living room helped get rid of some of the humidity from the rain. Some of the furniture is a bit old, but it's like any 3-star hotel, really—it just feels much more like a home, which is exactly what we were looking for. Totally recommend!

Tommy and Roxanne greated us at our car as we pulled in. They were very welcoming and took pride in their Airbnb. This is evident in the tasteful decorating and cleanliness of the “Loft”. The setting is so beautiful and serene! Lots of amenities and snacks left for us! Very comfortable bed and can control the AC/heat ourselves. We highly recommend this Airbnb !

Sabine's place is absolutely peaceful & quiet! No traffic noise -- just peacefulness. We slept in the king bed and it was so comfortable -- just like being at home. The a/c worked fantastic! We like it as cold as possible and it did the job. Sabine is such a sweet lady, and her two huge gentle giant dogs are awesome!! We loved visiting with them. We highly recommend staying here and we will most definitely be booking here again when we're in the area.

If I could give this place, the host and the owners 10 stars I would. They were so nice, friendly, and quick to respond. The airbnb was super cute and nicely decorated. Extremely clean and had anything and everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again when in town visiting our grandkids.

This place is adorable and has amazing views. It's got everything you need for a quick getaway. The scenery is incredible—we visited when there was enough moon light, and watching the water at night was so peaceful and calming. Leah, our host, was awesome. We got held up at work and arrived pretty late, but she was super understanding and let us check out at 1pm instead of 11am, which was a huge help for getting some extra rest. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay at this place. The premises were spotless, and Melissa, our host, was incredibly responsive. She promptly answered any questions I had. I will definitely be booking again when I’m back in Houston!

I had a really nice stay here. Everything is well kept and very clean. Marty is an exceptional host and goes above and beyond.

A comfy, spacious retreat from the busy city. The jetted bath tub and double shower were luxuries. The kitchen area is nice, but very basic for food prep and cooking. The program availability on tv is better than most places we have stayed. There is almost a treehouse feel from inside with the mature oaks outside the windows. Happy tree frogs sing lullabies all night. There is some sound from other occupants elsewhere in the building, but we had plenty of privacy without any real noise bothers. Be prepared to climb stairs and be greeted by curious kitties.

Super nice neighborhood. Easy to get inside. Very clean. Super big bathroom. Nice cool room with a ceiling fan and a very comfortable bed. We will be back!

Another great stay at Carl’s place! The unit is always clean and in a great location. Would recommend for anyone staying in the Waco/ surrounding areas !

Jaime’s place was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice! The house was clean, everything you could possibly need was provided and the view was amazing! The deer greeting you when you pull up and get up for coffee was beautiful to top off the amazing view. We extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! Anytime we visit Canyon Lake this will be our stay for sure!

Robert’s place is a beautiful, peaceful place to be in Fredericksburg. He is a great host and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

super great spot..it was exactly what we were looking for/what we needed! our son had a tournament at Rocker B Ranch over the weekend. Rooms at the ranch are super pricey! This spot is 5 min up the road from the ranch so its really easy to run back & forth between games/at the end of the day. communication, check-in/check-out, cleanliness, price point ~ everything was just right. cute little spot, good size rooms..pretty much everything you need for a weekend stay! My wife & I commented a few times over the weekend..."Man, we got pretty lucky finding this spot" lol. Whether you're just passing through or playing at Rocker B ~ this place is 🤌🏽🤌🏽

Great little place in a nice quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive down the street from a good shopping area to pick up anything you might’ve forgotten or if you want to grab something to eat. The studio was very clean, had great decor, and was a nice place to come back to after a long day out. Julie was responsive, nice, and a great host; would highly recommend this AirBnB! :)

Mari & Danny were the best hosts I’ve ever experienced! The hosts were extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and kind. We felt like we were staying at a home away from home! I’ve stayed in Airbnb’s across the world and across the U.S., but I have to say this has been my favorite stay yet. The house is so cute, clean, and the sweet animals are an amazing bonus. We luckily got to meet and feed Beto carrots (which I requested to do lol)! The home was spotless and the amenities were well above the standard. Decorations were also so cute, I love the little details of everything. The bed was nice and comfy enough for my 6’4 boyfriend and I (5’2) to share which I was worried about because my boyfriend has a bad back. Location is wonderful with everything being a cheap and quick 10-20 min Lyft ride anywhere + all of their recommendations were perfect! Mari is literally an angel~ we would def/will stay here again!
