Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Aventine Hill

From the moment we stepped into the place it felt very cozy. In a very quiet neighbourhood and as mentioned, a minute walk to the bus stop to take you to the city of Ancient Rome. Places to eat nearby as well. The highlight of the place was the spacious outdoor patio, where we took nap each afternoons. The place itself was equipped with nice comfy bed, kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove where we made caffe every morning. The bathroom was nice and clean, we had one minor issue on day 1 but Apollonia and her partner came over right away at night to fix it and now that is going above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Grazie Mille :) Again, I can’t emphasize the Catello home, would definitely recommend this place and will book it again without any hesitation.

Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very nice, cozy and clean. Perfect apartment for bigger groups (we have been 5 guest), tram and trains are 5 mins by foot down the street. Would definitely book it again.

The house was very easy to find with Fabio's directions, in addition, it is next to the sights such as the Roman Colosseum, the church of San Ignacio de Loyola or La Fontana de Trevi to which we went walking and getting to know the city. The house is beautiful, just as it appears in the photos, my daughter loved it. It 😍 has air conditioning, which is appreciated in the middle of summer, and that 2m bed, I think it's the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It also has a Nespresso coffee maker where we made coffee in the morning ☕️ Fabio was very helpful and hospitable. I recommend contacting him not only because of the beauty and comfort of the house but also because of the proximity of the monuments, since the house is in the city's downtown.

Very well-equipped accommodation and matches the photos. Access is easy by public transport (bus and tram 30 m away). Cristina was very nice before and throughout the stay.

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. We are very happy with the apartment and the owner. The apartment is clean, quiet, cozy, has everything you need. Great view from the window. The area is almost free of tourists and there are many delicious places for locals. I recommend this place.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Our stay was awesome, and both hosts made everything very convenient. They are about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere from there. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions. The place is very homey, and I would definitely stay again!

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Giacomo's accommodation is located at the back of a peaceful and well-maintained residence in Trastevere. Simin welcomed us warmly. The neighborhood is very nice, the accommodation fully matches the photos and is really well-equipped (including the kitchen). We really enjoyed our stay in Rome!

The apartment was clean and spacious. Carla was available if needed. Great communication. The location was perfect and was easy to walk around and find everything we needed in the area. There is a tram and train station. Every Sunday the flea market is literally in the square. Bedroom is in the back so there is no traffic noises.

We had a great stay at Roberto’s place! He kindly arranged a car to pick us up from the airport, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the Colosseum and other major sights. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The shower was especially great—excellent water pressure and a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend staying here!

My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Fabio, Federico and Francesca’s apartment was amazing! We were met from the bus we got from the airport and they gave us a lift to the apartment. They talked us through all the best places to go and see and their local recommendations. They had lots of amenities and gave us a thorough tour around the apartment and were made to feel very welcome. We booked it for my friends birthday and they got her a little candle to wish her a happy birthday which was a lovely personal added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic find, quiet, relaxing and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment with private secluded roof terrace in the centre of Rome, 10/10 for us! Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, very nice terrace! Very good restaurants nearby. Please note, however, that there is no air conditioning and the center of Rome is quite far on foot.
