Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. On about 50 square meters, this bright & light-flooded apartment in the apartment house Belmont offers space for 3 people. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is a full bed in the spacious living-dining room, which also invites you to read and relax as a daybed during the day. The daylight bathroom with toilet and shower can be accessed from the small hallway of the apartment. On the attached terrace you can enjoy the Arosa mountain sun.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 3 children or max. 4 adults. The 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor is conveniently accessible via an elevator. The living room and bedroom have access to the balcony. The balcony is sunny and the view of the fantastic mountain panorama invites you to linger. From the house to the bus station it is only 200m and the bus takes you comfortably to the Weisshorn and Hörnli Express trains.

Spacious 2-room apartment located on 1st floor of a residential building in a quiet area at the sunniest part of Arosa, with swimming pool and sauna for shared use during the main season*. The sunny balcony offers a nice mountain view. *only available during winter and summerseason! Every second Thursday of the month the pool will be cleaned the whole day. Sauna availble for a fee to be paid onsite.
