Spacious place to stay, near nice trails

Great little room, clean, comfortable and is in a fantastic location. Highly recommend Cynthia and Andy’s Airbnb.

There was trouble getting into the house upon arrival. The alarm was suppose to be on and the door left unlocked but there was miscommunication within Michelle's family and the door was locked. We waited awhile to get in. Michelle made up for it and she was very apologetic.

We had a great stay at mike and charity’s place. We were traveling with a baby and they even dropped off a pack and play which was great for our daughter. There are some toys as well to keep your little one occupied for some time. The black out blinds help in the summertime. Very good location a few blocks from a main road. Have the fan on at night when you are trying to sleep so that extra noise doesn’t wake you from the really loud motorcycles/trucks driving by at night. I learned that trick a few nights in and had no issues sleeping after that. Would definitely rent again if I’m in the area.

Rose responded to questions very quickly. Directions to enter house were great. Kitchen was well stocked with items. Liked the security of the entry. Felt safe. The townhouse was convenient to all the excursions we did. Nice place to come home and rest.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from each window was magnificent. The waterfront walkway and ocean are right across the street. We loved the hot tub and the views from it. The beds were very comfortable. Each room had blackout blinds. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Seward.

Great view and location!

This was a great place for our family to stay while in Juneau - very quiet and convenient, plus a beautiful view of Thunder Mountain right from the kitchen window. Norton was very helpful and polite. We’d definitely stay there again.

We’re in fairbanks regularly and would absolutely rent this place again! It’s a newer build - easy to find and very clean. The kitchen was really well stocked. The beds were very comfortable! Great backyard. Walking distance to lat65 and the chowder house - both are musts.

Normally the photos of an Airbnb make the place look better than it actually is in person. For this place, the photos looked great and the Airbnb looked even better in person! I thought this Airbnb was exceptional! The house was spotless with just the right amount of decorations, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen area was stunning, it was just all so good! Jill was such a responsive host and gave my family and I some really great tips for the city of Homer! We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed another night! 10/10 recommend staying at this Airbnb.

The house was beautiful and felt brand new! Very modern and well stocked. Kitchen and house was spotless and no clutter which was greatly appreciated. Jodie was friendly gracious to grant a late checkout. Kids loved the trampoline and play structure in the backyard. Overall awesome home. Will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This place was amazing! Jessica has not overlooked any detail. We stay at a lot of different vacation rentals, and I have never been at such a well stocked home. Not only was the furniture amazing, the beds were super comfortable and there was no shortage of the daily necessities. On top of being a perfect location, Jessica was a super communicative and lovely hostess. I highly recommend this location!
