New Build, May 2022. Centrally located. Close to shopping and hiking trails. Located in-between Palmer & Wasilla. 1 mile from Colony High School. This listing has a queen bed, & double futon couch. We can add an air mattress if needed and provide a pack-&-play for small children. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in unit. Brandy and I are readily available for dinner suggestions, hiking trails, tourist destinations, etc. We love this town and Alaska and want you to love it too.

This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

Come enjoy a 900 sq. ft. apartment with a queen memory foam bed in the bedroom, a queen memory foam bed and a futon in the living room. A complete kitchen is included. We are just across the Copper River from the Wrangell/St. Elias National Park. The Copper River is within walking distance. Both the Gulkana and the Klutina Rivers are about 15 miles away. Close to everything. Just perfect for cheap and simple staying. THINGS TO KNOW: 1. We do hope you keep your voice low due to this old building did not make a good sound insolation. 2. The highest height in this apartment is 7 feet. 3. Shower room is in bedroom, and it is seperated from toilet space. 4. You may hear something when downstairs is crazily loud, but we got earbuds to save your night. 5. You may smell something when downstairs is cooking, but we Do Not have nosebuds ：）

Large 900 sq ft upstairs suite with separate entrance and free, off street parking. Home is in an established neighborhood near the coastal trail. Full kitchen, with full size refrigerator and stove including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and blender. The space is cheerful and full of light with a private balcony. Shared laundry area between upstairs and downstairs. Like being at home with all the conveniences, Smart TV, laundry, and high speed internet.

I found it wonderful to live with two totems for our stay, not to mention all the other native American art. We were there for the folk music festival and it was a good location for that. We had a very heavy musical instrument (hammered dulcimer), and at our request, Kurt contacted the restaurant downstairs to see if we might be able to store the dulcimer with her instead of carrying it up and down the steep stairs. Really nice of him. We were able to manage it ourselves so didn't have to disturb the restaurant, but we did eat there twice and liked it alot. Nice neighborhood and pleasant experience overall.

You can’t beat the location of this home. It’s right next to the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. It’s also within walking distance of bike rentals, all of downtown, and Snow City Cafe (best breakfast ever!) It was clean and definitely worked for 2 people for a few nights. Some people on here have mentioned being confused by the door, but if you’re familiar with how to use an electronic lock, you should be fine. We did not have any issues finding it with GPS either. The couch others have been complaining about seems to have been replaced as well. It is a studio, but it’s a large studio. It was very clean and cute, and we enjoyed our stay! Only downside is having to share washer/dryer with the 4 other rentals. (Other renters weren’t good about changing out their laundry when they were finished.)

One of the top Air B&B units i have ever come across. Parking can be a challenge at first but the host provides clear instructions and suggestions to overcome that issue. Even with its proximity to busy shops and bars, it is a very quiet loft. The view is unmatched.
