With nearby hiking in the Chugach National Forest or fishing on the Upper Kenai, the loft is the perfect jumping off point for a variety of adventures on the Kenai Peninsula. You will feel right at home in this charming and cozy apartment perfect for a small family or group of friends. We have added Starlink internet service for great WiFi speeds!

This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

This stylish loft w/ Private Entrance is located Downtown just off the park strip within walking distance of all downtown Anchorage attractions. Upstairs Studio with city views. Loft has a 65” smart TV, small fridge, microwave, toaster/fryer oven, Instapot and washer & dryer. Shared Barbecue grill and seating area on the patio. North Star Loft Apartment

Close to everything. Just perfect for cheap and simple staying. THINGS TO KNOW: 1. We do hope you keep your voice low due to this old building did not make a good sound insolation. 2. The highest height in this apartment is 7 feet. 3. Shower room is in bedroom, and it is seperated from toilet space. 4. You may hear something when downstairs is crazily loud, but we got earbuds to save your night. 5. You may smell something when downstairs is cooking, but we Do Not have nosebuds ：）
