Bus 49! Cozy, vintage converted bus!

MargaretRating, 5 stars47 months ago
Bus 49! Is worth every PENNY! This is in fact a full blown bus and not a hotel. So the temperature on the bus certainly reflects the temps/weather around the bus. We loved our stay on the bus! It’s so wonderful! We actually had to force ourselves to get out and explore! I would even say the Bus is a piece of beautiful artwork. We even cooked a full blown gourmet steak and mushroom meal! On the bus! All utensils provided and basic seasoning. We strongly recommend booking a trip to Hope, AK to stay on the bus!

Trailer Glamping with Sweeping Volcano Views!

TomRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Staying in the Wilma camper was such a treat. Sitting on our porch at night we overlooked incredible wildflowers, then the pines silhouetted against the beautiful sunset with the mountains. It was better than we imagined. Staying in the camper was easy. Everything is organized, easy to find, and there are empty cupboards to store your things in. The refrigerator is plenty big with a freezer for our water bottles. There were pots and pans to cook in and the hot water was instant. There’s a little heater to heat the floor in the morning. the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to access. The bed was extremely comfortable and you overlook the Mountain View from your bed. They have mowed paths-throughout the property so you have on-site trails to take surrounded by wildflowers. This really was the most peaceful, comfortable, relaxing place to stay. It felt especially good after our 30,000 steps at glacier Bay Lake hikes. Swell taco in Homer is delicious, especially ceviche! And then ice cream.

Willow AK Glamp & Camp

FaithRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Overall, we had a nice/fun stay at Destiny’s! The place was clean, and quiet! The s’mores and hot tub were a nice touch! Destiny was very communicative and was quite helpful when we had to deal with some technical issues with Airbnb. The only issue for us was that the hot tub was too close to the host’s residence. The camper was not very far either, it was within earshot/eye-view of the host’s house so it did not feel very private or secluded. Although, this was the case, it should be noted that the hosts were very quiet, and respectful! Thank you kindly for your hospitality!

Close to historic downtown Palmer & Fairgrounds!

StarlaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
I planned a weekend getaway for our anniversary, with activities at the fair. This was the perfect place walking distance to one of the gates. It was clean and homey making it ice to just chill relax. The area was great for walking our two dogs and letting them run around. We will definitely think about coming back next year 😁

Great View of Island Lake. 20 PRIVATE acres. Quiet

ChelseaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
My stay here was magical. It was the right amount of rustic with all the comforts of home. The view of the lake and sunsets was tranquil. The place stayed warm even on the coldest night. The place was clean and comfortable. The host was respectful and responsive with lots of recommendations on local activities. We were able to use the community pool and gym, which was included and so great on the rainy days. If you have kids make sure to take them to the community pool! We were by some great fishing spots too. I would come back and stay here again and again.

Come Glamp with Us at Camp Starlight, Stella!

AlysaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This fun, retro camping trailer made for a great little vacation escape and evening retreat. We were minutes from the city center in one direction and hiking in the other. We had a great ocean view that we enjoyed each morning with coffee from a great little coffee shop (Off the Hook Coffee Company) at the cruise terminal. Unfortunately, it rained the whole trip, so we weren’t able to enjoy any of the outdoor amenities such as the barbecue grill and gas fire pit. Luckily the trailer was stocked with cards, games, and puzzles (and tv/wifi). The host was available when needed and friendly. Although I don’t necessarily want to visit Sitka again (been there/done that), I would go back for that great little “glamping” escape.

Camper AK Getaway

Would definitely stay again. What a charming place! We immediately felt comfortable and just what we needed. Jodi told us main heat was out but it was more than warm and cozy with the electric fire place & small safe heater!! Everything was clean, with fresh linens & towels. Just a note that the pullout couch, even with a topper, isn't really comfortable for an adult. It is a well laid out camper and easy to use!! Wifi was great and TV was easy to use as well.
