House vacation rentals in Western Europe

The pictures of the house were beautiful, but it was more amazing in person. And the history of the house was fantastic. The house had everything and then some. And was pristine! Great location too!! Also, Manolo and his wife Susana were the most gracious hosts. They along with everyone we met in Deià and the surrounding areas were very friendly and helpful. This was a perfect last stop for our family of five to end our two week trip to Spain and Mallorca. We will definitely be coming back!!!

The Silo is the perfect, peaceful getaway! The host sent easy to follow directions and the house was pristine! It’s beautiful and better than the pictures can convey!

Anna’s place is truly special. A great location to see everything on your list in Puglia. You will be blown away at how photos don’t do the property and rooms justice.

Everything was great! The hosts were great communicating and checking in on us throughout our stay. They also gave us a ton of reccomendations. The location is amazing for exploring the town and different restaurants/beach clubs. It is within walking distance to a ton of places. Its right in the center of the island as well so its super quick driving to any side of the island etc. The only recommendation I have is to get some good bug spray. You want to leave the doors/windows open for airflow and the mosquito's were really bad when we went (which I have that issue in general, they just eat me up, my husband didn't get bit too badly) but I would reccomend getting some sort of mosquito repellent or bug catcher bags etc. to place in the house. The bedroom has the A/C unit, we were very comfortable sleeping at night. It was a great experience overall!! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more local feel/vibe for your stay!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here for a little getaway! Beautiful home, great location, peaceful, cozy, very clean. Our kids loved the pool and already asking when are we coming back. Will definitely look into this place again for a vacation with our extended family in the future. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

Riad Isobel is a beautiful gem of a sanctuary in the heart of the hustle bustle of Marrakech. Impeccably designed and artfully curated. The Riad was spotless with all of the amenities you could wish for. We enjoyed greatly the oasis that Norma and Amanda have created.

We decided to do this amazing and cute little place to celebrate our 3rd anniversary and it did not disappoint. Such a cute space. Had all the needed amenities and more. They really created a space that is welcoming and comfy. You feel right at home. The little extra touches with a welcome basket and a sweet note wishing us a happy anniversary was very thoughtful and appreciated. Location is perfect. Private and peaceful. With a wonderful welcoming committee, two beautiful horses. Location close to Carthage and Joplin for great restaurants and good people.

After a re-directed flight and extra long journey we arrived at The Living Room in the dark. It was easy to find and we had clear directions how to get inside. The exterior of the building looked so amazing as we arrived and the inside was to die for. Everything was top quality and the attention to detail was out of this world. The lighting was very atmospheric and we loved the place straight away. The next day we woke up and looked out at the view…WOW!! A panoramic view of Pikes Peak and very peaceful environment. We loved sitting outside with a drink and nibbles just taking it all in. A very friendly deer passed by a few times and hummingbirds too! Unfortunately we were on a working trip so didn’t get as much chance as we’d liked to use the hot tub and BBQ and we regret that. Hopefully we will have the chance to return again and make the most of this beautiful home. Thank you to Mark and Renee for everything😊

We had a wonderful time at Tami's place! The house is super cute, so well designed, and in a great location that lends itself well to doing things on-site as well as serving as a springboard to other places/attractions. At the house, we enjoyed sunbathing, snorkeling (cool fish living right there whereTami and hubby built a wall in the water with stacked limestone pieces), and paddling the ocean kayak (we saw a nurse shark as we were heading out to one of the sandbars!). We loved the deck where you can sit and enjoy the cool breeze off the water while listening to the waves and admiring the view. As mentioned, we were close enough to zip into town to shop, visit beaches, and do an excursion without having to drive very far. Communication both prior & after arrival was easy and replies were super prompt. Once there, Tami had left a notebook full of info on every possible thing to do/see on the island. We loved our time there & wished we could have stayed longer!

The most beautiful view of Montserrat. Genuinely stopped multiple times to comment on how brilliant the view was and the whole apartment is designed so you’re always looking outwards. A simple set up with everything you need for your stay, very easy arrival and helpful hosts. Thank you!

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. The home was well appointed with many thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the backyard and jacuzzi. It was very clean which we really appreciated, and would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Asheville.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa del Tiburon. The property was beautiful both inside and outside- it was a little tropical oasis. We enjoyed seeing so many different species of butterflies and iguanas while enjoying the pool and patio during the day. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a mile to Lake Worth Beach which was so convenient. We appreciated the great communication and recommendations from Cheryl and Anthony. Such an awesome story behind this beautiful! home. 🦈 💗

Absolutely loved the time we spent there! Although it was only two days, it was an amazing two days! We will definitely be back sooner rather than later! The home was amazing and everything was perfect!! Would highly recommend!!

This is a great “get away” place. Private, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Our host, Laura, provided us with a list of things to do; and they were great recommendations. Is about 10-15 minutes (driving/uber) from downtown Fredericksburg; so you have the choice to go downtown during the day and have a peaceful evening at this place. It’s relaxing, and you’ll connect with nature. Every day we saw deers, rabbits, and wild life (of course, a little far away from the place). If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!!!! 💯 % recommended

Truly enjoyed our anniversary stay at Allison's cottage. The place is very homey, cozy & clean. Walkable or bikeable to the near public beach access & seaside town. Allison's cottage has everything we needed from bathroom essentials, pool essentials & kitchen essentials. There's no microwave or dishwasher, but we didn't need them because we mostly dine out. We love how there's an outdoor shower, it was useful on days we were sandy after the beach. We didn't really get to use the bikes because it was too hot. But we still enjoyed being able to bike for a bit around the area, specifically since we haven't bike since after high school or college. Highly recommend booking with Allison & we will definitely come back!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The property itself is truly quaint, offering a cozy and intimate atmosphere that was perfect for our escape. We were consistently captivated by the beautiful views surrounding the location – they were simply breathtaking and added so much to the overall experience.

Very nice airbnb! We enjoyed our time here for my bachelorette trip. The beds are absolutely amazing- the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The place is so clean and has so many things to keep you entertained. The back yard is so cute! Would loveeee if there was a hot tub! Only thing to be mindful of is the neighbors- even though hours say quiet hours are 11 PM- 7 AM, definitely plan to be quiet earlier. The neighbors were peaking through the fence and messaged the host wayyyy later on the next day that we were being “too loud” when we were being mindful of our noise level. The host is super responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed at Elmer’s place for only one night. But it was definitely worth it and will be coming back for a longer period of time next time. We haven’t had the chance to use the firepit since it was raining. However, all the other amenities were well-kept and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Elmer is very nice and responsive host. We visited one of the restaurants she recommended (Agapē), everything was so delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place for a getaway.

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I booked this Airbnb for an anniversary getaway. We loved that there was a private pond for kayaking, fishing and just relaxing by the water. What was also great was that the house was not too far from nearby restaurants and only a 30- to 40-minute drive to Galveston. We definitely want to come back!

We absolutely loved staying at the CDL for a long weekend. The board game room had so many options to choose from—we really enjoyed spending time in there, checking out new games and a few staples. Everything was immaculate when we stepped in, so tastefully decorated and oh so clean. Rex and Lynnette are top notch hosts and were available when we had questions or needed a refill of coffee beans. Such kind people! We stayed at the Yellow Door Lodge last year and loved it just as much. We will be back!
