Treehouse vacation rentals in Western Europe

I took a group of teenagers to the treehouse for my son 16th birthday. It was perfect as I had my own bedroom and they got to stay together. There was lots for them to do but also a great time to unplug and just spend quality time together and not stay on their phones like they usually do.

My family and pups had a wonderful evening exploring and seeing all the wildlife. The cabin was clean and cozy. The only thing we wished was to have more time here. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the experience of the tree house. Very clean, everything we needed to stay was there,kitchen,bathrooms,accessories. Beautiful setting,fun experience.

A real feel-good place. Above all, we enjoyed the bathing pond, with raft for rowing and swimming boards with paddles. We were also traveling by bike. Our granddaughter was there. She was also thrilled. We also got fresh eggs from happy chickens. All in all, a successful vacation. We would come back anytime. Gerhard was very helpful with any questions. I sort of selfishly don't want to write this because I feel I found a secret gem in this place but they deserve your business so: FABULOUS in every way! Sheila and her crew are pro-level. I felt totally comfortable from the moment I booked until the moment I left. It is a magical space and they are lovely, lovely people. They were available, helpful and friendly but also gave us our space. It was a COLD, rainy May weekend but so unbelievable cozy and we still effortlessly had the best time. I am having trouble imagining a season that would not be perfect here. Would go back, 100%.

We had a wonderful Easter stay at the treehouse. It is a beautiful location in the middle of nowhere - we felt like we were nesting in the trees- with lovely woods for our children to play in (there was an epic Easter egg hunt). But it is also very close to lots of places of interest to explore. Very cosy to return to after a day out with a very clever and well stocked kitchen. Our kids loved their sleeping loft, the wood burner and the visiting cat. We will definitely come back

We loved staying in the treehouse! It was so cozy and quiet! We also loved getting to visit with all the animals throughout our stay - our daughter (4 years old) had a blast feeding them!

We had the most amazing stay at Dawne’s Firefly Bungalow! From the moment we arrived, Dawne and her husband were so kind and welcoming—it truly felt like visiting family. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning landscaping that made for such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights for us was all the sweet animals on the property—friendly, adorable, and a big hit with our daughter! She especially loved the slide and spent hours playing and enjoying the outdoors. It was such a joy to watch her have so much fun. The location is perfect—just a short drive to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg is nearby as well. Despite being so close to everything, the bungalow is tucked away in a quiet, serene setting that gave us the best of both worlds. Highly recommend staying here!

We couldnt have picked a better honeymoon location. You sincerely get the best of both worlds here. While at Farfalla you are nestled away in forest relaxation. But right down the road you can find coffee, entertainment, restaurants, stores and so much more. This was our first visit to the area and we are already thinking about our next trip. We have zero complaints. Everything was perfectly described and pristine. An absolute jewel of a place. 100% would recommend.

This place was the perfect get away place. It a had all amenities included and beautiful scenery. Zoe was super welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely consider staying again.

We stayed here as the first night of our road trip honeymoon. It was the perfect place to get away from the world and just be together. The hot-tub, hammock and stunning views from the bedroom made it magical. Would happily recommend balance treehouse as a treat for couples.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pecan Treehouse! The space is gorgeous—from the beautifully curated interior design to the ultra-comfy sheets and towels, every detail was thoughtful and high quality. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the shipping container pool one evening and sipping coffee on the deck each morning while taking in the stunning views of the trees and Texas Hill Country. It was the perfect romantic getaway—peaceful, cozy, and still just a quick, easy drive to Main Street in Fredericksburg and nearby vineyards. The hosts were incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The treehouse is awesome, especially if you appreciate the creativity, engineering, design, expense and unique complexities of constructing architectural art like this. It is higher up than you might expect and very private and peaceful. The hosts and amenities are 5 star and we can’t wait to come back.

A beautiful spot to get away for the weekend and enjoy everything that nature has to provide. It’s a spot that I would definitely revisit and take advantage of things I didn’t get to this time around.

We had the most amazing time staying at Jordan & Dan’s beautiful treehouse which had more than you can expect from most B&B’s we’ve visited. Such a unique experience that everyone should have a chance to see for themselves! The attention to detail, the ease of access to all of the amenities was much appreciated. Pristine is an understatement. They certainly deserve 10 stars all around ! For the young (our toddler ) up to seniors (my father in law) -who came with us- this will go down as one of our most memorable stays . Highly highly recommended considering this unique experience for those who appreciate hosts that strive to ensure you have the best experience! Already planning our next visit! If you want a place for a long weekend awsy from the hustle and bustle this is your place! It is nice, cozy, and the front row to lots of nature. Less than 20 miles from the charm of a small college town, this is the remedy you need for rest, relaxation and renewing of your spirit!

This yurt was perfect for a weekend getaway. Our favorite part was drinking coffee on the porch with the beautiful mountain view. Our first evening it was raining and it was so cozy listening to the rain in the yurt. I enjoyed seeing the sky from the inside of the yurt. There was so much to do and the drive was not far. We will definitely be coming back for longer next time!

Our stay was truly special and exactly what we were hoping for to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was not only just as described, but it had an extra warmth and charm that made it feel like home. It was the perfect mix of comfort, peacefulness, and beautiful scenery—ideal for unwinding and spending quality time together. What really made the experience stand out, though, was Kevin’s hospitality. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great time—he even lent us one of his fishing poles and gave us a quick lesson, which meant a lot to us as first-timers. That kind of thoughtfulness made the trip even more memorable. We’re so glad we chose this place to celebrate, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you Kevin!

This place was incredible! So very well designed and furnished, and truly beautiful. The view of the creek and the hot tub were just the icing on the cake. The only thing I would change at all is the slightly awkward proximity to a housing development and to other cabins. But all in all, a very cool place to visit.

The space is stylish and chic, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both cozy and elevated. You can truly feel the care that went into creating such a special retreat. There were a couple of very small hiccups, but Kaye was incredibly responsive and kind—quick to help and genuinely invested in making our stay comfortable. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature!
