House 564 is where mid-century modern meets rustic, resulting in a comfortable and fun environment. With mature gardens, easy paved access, a cozy firepit area, and an incredible mountain view makes this artist home a great place to unwind in the North Georgia Mountains. All three bedrooms have King-size beds, workspaces, and HDTV's. With 3 full bathrooms in the home, it makes a great place to share with friends. It is only 7-minutes to Clayton city center and 11-minutes to Tallulah Gorge.

Beachfront with panoramic ocean views, home theater, hot tub & firepit. Both bedrooms overlook the beach with king beds, 65” TVs and private bathrooms. The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.
