The Bella was truly an peaceful oasis in a super cool and unique town. The gardens and grounds have been so carefully and thoughtfully curated. The interior was romantic, sexy, and peaceful. The details and surprises left us in awe. It was both classy, whimsical, and serene. Patti was the consummate host and enriched our trip so much with her personalized suggestions on the best local places to try, and not one place she recommended disappointed. The best airbnb I have visited by far, she has set the bar so high. Kudos Patti!

This place is mesmerizing! My husband and I traveled to this beautiful cottage for our honeymoon, and it was wonderful. We enjoyed each moment spent looking around the cottage at all the intricate details. We enjoyed the relaxing sound of the creek, and we loved every second of it. It’s absolutely beautiful everywhere you look whether you’re inside or outside. Being at Mad Hatter Cottage was a 10/10 experience, and we definitely would love to come back! Thank you for everything; we had the best time!

It was such a peaceful, beautiful place to stay. The cabin was pristine and had everything we could ever need. Chrissy was so responsive and helpful with the check in. We will definitely be back again!

Loved the aesthetic of this house- has a wrap around porch and is decorated very well! About 10 ish minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and very secluded. I wasn’t expecting it to be out on land/no neighbors but it ended up being very serene and peaceful. My only complaint was strict check in and check out times but that was specified before we booked. Ideally we could have had a little more time there but the perfect place for a couple!

So relaxing! We are always so busy and on the go, so this was the perfect spot for us! Private, and quiet; we enjoyed how peaceful it was. The space was super cute and clean and had everything we needed. Did some fishing, relaxed in the hot tub, and ate at a couple of local restaurants, The Wellwood, and The Forge. The only thing we didn’t enjoy, was leaving! Looking forward to going back! ❤️

The Lighthouse Lakehouse was very cute and cozy. It was so peaceful eating my breakfast on the deck every morning - staring out at the water and listening to the sounds of nature. If you want tranquility, this place is it. My teens enjoyed paddleboarding on the lake each evening. We spent the majority of our time at the AirBnb, but also enjoyed scenic hikes to nearby waterfalls and touring Blanchard Springs Caverns. It was the perfect start to our summer.

This Airbnb doesn't just look like it does in the pictures -- it feels like it does in the pictures. My wife and I could not have been happier with our stay at this beautiful property. Everything just worked, and the hosts provided lots of nice little touches. You can tell that they put a lot of thought and care into taking care of their guests. One especially neat part was the gentleman that greeted us at the property, Alex, one of the family members who helped build and now runs the property. I ran out of characters, so I had to cut this review short, but, long story short, I'd recommend taking Alex up on his restaurant recommendations and his tour of the cloud forest. Alex quoted us a very affordable rate for a group tour, but that day, it turned out to be just us and Alex. Alex had such positive, pura vida vibes, and my wife and I had a great time learning about the flora, fauna, and the history of Monteverde. I have zero reservations recommending this property. Pura vida!

An astounding, once in a lifetime experience! The location was incredible, the views and building were phenomenal, and the Herbal Ceremony with Thena was beyond anything we could have hoped for. We left feeling transformed and inspired! Highly recommend for at least 2 nights.

We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. I could have spent all day sitting on the enclosed porch and watching the birds. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the turtles in the pond. The cottage itself had everything you could possibly need. We felt right at home. We really enjoyed our time here.

Cayla is more than just friendly and welcoming. She is consistant and organized. There is definitely a lot of time, thought and effort at making her guests feel at home! You couldn't find a more private, serene place just minutes away from anything you could need. This is my 2nd trip to the "Front Cottage". I managed to pick a spring shower week but the place is so cozy all was fine and still enjoyed the hot tub in-between showers🤗 I look forward to being welcomed back again.

it was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. My husband and I stayed here for our 2nd anniversary. We felt refreshed and at peace. The sauna and hot tub were definitely a pleasure. My favorite night was when I was in the hot tub and it was raining on the tin roof. so relaxing. If we ever go back I will definitely want to stay there again

This was a beautiful location, the home was very comfortable. The host was very polite and responsive. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a cabin on a river.

Beautiful home. Nice and private, but close enough to everything we needed. The kayaks and lake were the best part for our kids!

Marcos went above and beyond to welcome us and to make sure we were comfortable! The airbnb is really stunning - beautiful views from the rooms and decks. It is about 20-30 min walk to town or a 10 min tuk tuk ride as described - we appreciated the calmer vibe. Despite being outside of town it’s close to a couple grocery stores, a nice restaurant and a coffee shop we loved. We did encounter a few types of bugs/spiders but Marcos supplied us with sprays to deal with them. One thing to note is that the bedrooms don’t have window shades so you rise with you the sun… which was nice in its own way ;) Felt very much at home and appreciate all Marcos did to enhance our stay!

One ten out of ten. It exceeded my expectations. The house is as beautiful as in the photos and I would define it as a magical place. If you want to disconnect and be calm, this is your place. I'll be back for sure.

My wife and I took a short vacation away from our kids at Shelly's cabin and it was beautiful, quiet, and restorative. Exactly what we were looking for. The views of the lake are amazing and we spent hours sitting on the screened-in porch.

This was our family’s second stay at The Treehouse, and it was just as magical as the first. The hosts have created such a warm, welcoming, and truly special space. The lot along the river is a little slice of heaven—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing or exploring with the kids. It’s clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered when building the treehouse. The space is impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and stocked with every amenity you could need. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay was simply awesome. From check-in to the end of our vacation, everything was perfect. There was nothing missing, the place was super clean and exactly as described. The location is great and you can quickly reach everything surrounding it, be it the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. The bicycles that you can use are also great. Apollonia was super polite, explained everything to us and also gave great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We would come back. It's definitely worth booking this place.

We had a wonderful experience. the skylight filled the main room with natural light and the cookware was sufficient for us to prepare steak salad and salad with grilled chicken. we did not take advantage of the kayaks, but the golf cart gave us a day to relax and stay local. We caught a marvelous sunrise and sunset from the mini pier and watched a summer thunderstorm go across the river. In all, it was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend the Little Dipper.

We loved how it was decorated. We also enjoyed watching all the little animals.

The place was wonderful! Perfect for a girls trip! So many photo opportunities and we even played some games that Jessica provided. The view on the balcony was beautiful! Would 100% recommend!!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the cottage! The location was ideal for us, as we prefer more rural surroundings but wanted to be within a quick drive to the city. The cottage itself is beautiful - it's comfortable and cozy, while being nicely finished and very well-decorated. We really enjoyed exploring the farm and meeting some animals. Sarah was a wonderful host and graciously allowed our daughter to help her with some farm chores. She was over the moon! Sarah even shared some delicious farm-fresh eggs. We highly recommend staying here, and will definitely visit again the future.
