Greg's Brunswick Cottage was perfect for us. Homely with welcoming, thoughtful supplies that were much appreciated. Greg was wonderfully flexible regarding check in and check out. His communication was excellent. We found his information booklet regarding transport, restaurants/cafes etc most helpful. The cottage was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the pots & pans & utensils needed to cook meals. We happily fully recommend Greg as a host and his Brunswick Cottage for a superb Melbourne stay. Thanks Greg.

We had a very minor glitch at check-in where I transposed the door code. I called Emily and Andreas was able to let us in remotely! It was awesome. House felt like it was brand new! Emily had done a lot of little things to make our stay better, like coffee, tea, dishwashing & laundry detergent being available for us. Plus some welcome snacks! Made us feel welcomed and at home! Would definitely come back!

My family had a lovely stay as the place was well maintained and very central to Yarraville which is what we wanted. Had a small issue with the rug in the lounge room but it was very promptly and graciously dealt with by Hanna.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. Yarraville is a happening place with lots of good eateries and Melbourne city centre is an easy short rail trip from Seddon station - 6 or 7 minutes away. Highly recommended! Chris

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

A perfect apartment for a getaway to the big city!! My family and I loved Kylie’s apartment and felt right at home. It was beautifully styled, extremely clean and had great amenities. The location was perfect and so close to so many attractions and restaurants. It was great having our our car space taking the stress out of parking. The communication was excellent with Kylie and was very responsive. We will be recommending to all our family and friends and will definitely be back! Thanks again Kylie. 😊

Such a great place to stay in the middle of the high rises of CBD. An extremely nice place with amazing facilities and the most responsive host ever. Helped us out with everything and responded so quickly. We really enjoyed our time here, you can cook at the amazing kitchen or go out to taste the Asian dominated cuisine in the area. Overall an amazing stay. Thanks guys!

Great location, walking distance to Spencer outlet, coles and few restaurants. Few mins drive to Sealife, Vic market and shopping mall.

We had a wonderful stay at Queenie's apartmen. My family of three with a teenager especially appreciated the two bathrooms and the views were spectacular! The amenities were top-notch with all the necessities being available. We also enjoyed the workout room, sauna and pool in the building. Both steam rooms were not available however. The location was the best with everything being walkable. Great cafes, groceries and restaurants all around. Queenie and her team were super responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. I'd definitely recommend Queenie's place.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Location was quiet, hardly any street noise despite being on the first floor next to the street. A few decent coffee places that were within walking distance. Will be good if you drive to get to the city. Jake’s instructions on how to check in were great and highly detailed with clear pictures on how to get in. Highly appreciated. Place was spotless and modern. Amenities all provided for. Jake was also really good at checking in to see if we were alright and offering help with whatever we needed. 5/5 will book again the next time I’m back in Melbourne.

This apartment looks and feels much, much better in real life than in the photos. Especially the view outside the windows - photos do not give the complete impression. The space feels cozy and like home. The location is excellent. The mattress on the bed is very soft - for me, it was not an issue, but if you like sleeping on harder mattresses, you should take that into account. Vivien is always available and answers the questions pretty quickly.

Jo & Matt made my stay so relaxed. Communicated with me well, also gave me a walk through before check-in was helpful for check-out. Highly recommended the stay and will most definitely be coming back

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

I had a fantastic stay at Simon’s place. The apartment was incredibly cosy, spotless and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better - right in the heart of Melbourne Central, making it super easy to get around and explore the city. I especially loved the access to the building’s sauna and gym, which were great extras to have. Simon was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. He truly made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!
