JASMIN - Fix dinner for four in the kitchen and feel at ease within this modern apartment's dark wood accents and streamlined design elements. After eating, retire to the enclosed patio for after-dinner cocktails and decide where the night will take you. Please note, the parking we provide is for small and medium cars only as a car stacker system is used. Please message us if any doubt as parking is not provided for any cars higher than 1.5 metres and that are at all wider than a small to medium sedan.
“Fantastic location near a plethora of yum restaurants. Also conveniently located as you walk out are both a tram stop to the city, as well as the Sky Bus express from St Kilda to the airport. The place is really dark and does not get much light or ventilation, however air con helps and the darkness is good for sleeping. Quiet location too, very secure etc. Would definitely stay again.”
This studio apartment is located in St Kilda, with easy access to Melbourne's CBD, St Kilda Beach, Chapel Street, Acland and Fitzroy Street, Albert Park lake (home of the Australian Grand Prix). St Kilda junction is 300metres away providing access to Melbourne's famous trams and Windsor Station is also less than a km away allowing access Melbourne's train network. The Astor Theatre and Luna Park are all in close vicinity of this apartment. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
“Mark’s place was great! I would definitely stay here again. You can’t beat the value. The space is perfect for one person and has everything one could need – including an in-unit washer/dryer which made freshening up one’s clothes all the easier. The apartment itself was very clean and smelled nice. The area is very cute and residential. Mark was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. One thing I think it’s good to be aware of: the trams don’t always run frequently at night, so it can feel like it’s a bit out of the way. Overall I felt like the area was safe so it wasn’t much of an issue (and the trams run much more often during the day, so the time to Melbourne goes quickly). Overall, I highly recommend Mark’s place!”
Drink in the sunshine from the tree lined balcony, kick back on the comfy couch or lose yourself in the gorgeous animal print armchair with a good book. You could cook up a storm in the full sized kitchen? The apartment is in a modern, low-rise building with excellent security and on-site, secure parking. It's nestled amongst beautiful heritage listed buildings. Just a stone throw to the beach and all that iconic St Kilda has to offer, with its multiple cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs. A tram stop is conveniently located in front of the apartment to explore Melbourne and all her attractions.
“Thanks Deb for a wonderful week in your apartment. What a great base for a visit to Melbourne. The apartment is very comfortable and has anything and everything you might need. We really appreciated the goodies that Deb left for us. Deb is so easy to communicate with and so accommodating, allowing us a later checkout. St Kilda is a great area. Really vibrant with a lot going on. It’s very easy to get a tram in and out of the city, or it’s also a nice walk into the city. We were both really tired after a couple of months travelling and our stay in Deb’s flat allowed us somewhere to rest when we needed to in comfort. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Melbourne. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Deb”
