With Fitzroy's almost 100 cafes, restaurants, live music venues, cocktail bars and pubs you have chosen a wonderful area to stay in. “Ramona is a super friendly host, and very knowledgeable about great local spots to check out. Her place is a delight - extremely stylish and decorated with an expert eye. The location is excellent for checking out local Fitzroy spots, and being able to use a parking permit was really useful. I understand why Ramona points out there's no Ikea in sight - her house is decorated with charming pieces that all have a very Melbournian flavour. We'll definitely stay here again on a future Fitzroy trip. Thanks again for having us, Ramona!”
Our cool very spacious open plan warehouse apartment is true city living! 15 squares entire ground floor including garage of a 3 storey warehouse. Hydronic heating/Split System Air Conditioner/Heater makes it so comfortable. Separate entrance & free undercover garage in an awesome location with Melbourne's coffee/cafe on your doorstep. Walking distance to CBD, Southbank, Crown Casino, Convention Centre, Albert Park, MCG, South Melbourne Market. Location Walk Score of 99/100
“Terry is a wonderful host. The flat is in a fantastic position - close to cafes, bars, restaurants, markets, shopping etc and she has kitted it out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed, linen and towels lovely quality and touches like bowl of fresh apples and milk in fridge much appreciated. Our 2 year old loved the toys and books provided, and lots of space for him to potter about. Having a private car space was fantastic. Thanks Terry for a great stay!”
