What a fantastic apartment! Heath and Corinna's place was first class all the way. We appreciated the check in goodies. The apartment was clean, comfortable in a full amenity building with an easy walkable location. The views were spectacular too!

Perfect for what we were looking for. Could see Peter Mac from the balcony as well as Royal Children's, Royal Melbourne and Royal woman's. All walking distance. Stayed 9 nights with 2 small children and 3 adults. Beds where very comfortable. Outdoor balcony safe and large for kids to run around and watch all the activity below. Great supply of kitchen & bathroom essentials. Great cafes & restaurants on the same block, as well as an IGA on the corner. Excellent hosts extremely easy to deal with. For location and size of property great value for money. At a time where we just needed things to go smoothly Ning Yi was a amazing and made this transaction hassle free. Will absolutely stay again & recommend to family and friends.

Close to VIC CBD Cozy flat, nice and clean, it will be best if we can get the key directly from the flat😂

Beautiful location one block from the free tram. There is short term (5 min) parking along the short side streets on each side of building that can be used when picking up the key or loading/unloading your car.

We had a lovely time in the apartment, with very easy access to transportation, and many things we wanted to see and do were within walking distance or a quick free tram ride away. Southern Cross Station is a five minute walk, which gives you access to regional and Metro trains, too. The neighborhood is quiet and green, and morning coffee on the balcony was a treat. Though we didn't actually use them, the gym and pool are great perks. We would happily stay here again.

Nura was extremely helpful and I nah have asked some silly questions but she responded quickly and helped a lot. Beyond greatful.

5/5 mega stars ⭐️ Perfect modern apartment with gorgeous view in the heart of Melbourne. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the luxurious bathroom with washer and dryer and kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a feast including basic stable such as spices, tea, coffee, cling wrap etc. Most comfortable bed and sofa bed. Kids had the best time in the communal indoor pool and adults in the hot pool on level 7. We enjoyed our visit in Melbourne so much and are so glad we found this little gem. We will definitely come back to stay here for the Australian Open. The location is unbeatable as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions of the city and right in front of Southern Cross station and multiple other tram stations with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Bec was great in communicating with all our questions and needs and also allowed us a very late check out which was so kind. Thanks so much for having us and we will be back ❤

We loved everything about our stay, easy check in to a beautiful clean and amazingly designed home. I wanted to come back to this place again as we visit melb so often, alas, it was booked. Next time. Worth staying here, a gem of Albert park! We loved it.

Great house, spacious and comfortable. Nice and warm, especially as we had some cooler weather. Hosts were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This airbnb was so convenient! The ALDI was closer than I thought. The Korean fried chicken down the road next to the bottle shop there is also a huge recommmendation! Everything was so nice on this trip and was well worth the money. Thanks Brendan!

We spend Easter Holidays with our Family visiting from Sydney and Annette's place was perfect! Super close to North Melbourne Station that gets you to the city very quickly. There's also a great local coffee roaster/cafe only a few min walks away. The living room was large for 6 people, and we loved playing with the boardgames that were at disposal. Annette was very responsive and left us some nice breakfast items at arrival. I would highly recommend and would love to be back for our next family trip!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Anthony put a lot of time and care into this listing. Everything was well stocked and the place was very welcoming with gifts of Prosecco and lollies. He was extremely responsive and made sure that we were well taken care of

Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

It was so perfect to stay for a while. The host was so communicative and generous. When we had a issue with the washer, the host just checked and changed it immediately. There is no doubt to recommend!

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment was in an ideal location and we could walk to most places we wanted to go to. The bus stop is out side of the building and the trams just a short walk. The apartment had everything we required for a comfortable stay. we would highly recommend this apartment to others. Sharon

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.

Susan’s apartment was great! Lovely and clean, comfortable beds and nice linen. Stunning city views during the day and night- watched hot air balloons float around on a Saturday morning. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
