The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Robert was a fabulous host as he was responsive and helpful. The house was ideal for our 3 generations to stay as it was homely and had enough space for everyone to co exist. We could relax and enjoy the place without worrying about the house being too pristine to move. Great family getaway. Thanks Robert.

We loved everything about our stay, easy check in to a beautiful clean and amazingly designed home. I wanted to come back to this place again as we visit melb so often, alas, it was booked. Next time. Worth staying here, a gem of Albert park! We loved it.

A fantastic stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped—every amenity was thoughtfully provided, from kitchen essentials, toiletries, pet friendly items such as toys, food bowls to additional USB wall plug. You can tell the host really cares about guest comfort. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

We had a very minor glitch at check-in where I transposed the door code. I called Emily and Andreas was able to let us in remotely! It was awesome. House felt like it was brand new! Emily had done a lot of little things to make our stay better, like coffee, tea, dishwashing & laundry detergent being available for us. Plus some welcome snacks! Made us feel welcomed and at home! Would definitely come back!

Very Lovely place to stay, was very affordable for me and my friends. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Not far from the station and not a long drive into the city. The host were lovely and helpful. High recommend 😊👌🏻

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. Yarraville is a happening place with lots of good eateries and Melbourne city centre is an easy short rail trip from Seddon station - 6 or 7 minutes away. Highly recommended! Chris

Tam was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions. The place was very clean and had individual aircon control rather than a central unit, which is good if you are travelling in a large group. Highly recommended.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. We had a great stay at Alan’s place. Great location, very quiet, clean and comfy beds. Alan was great to communicate with and very responsive. Lots of tram options and close to South Melbourne Market, Albert Park Village, etc. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

At the departure there were some rude comments made by someone else. I really don’t appreciate it. If they can forgive it, I’m willing to continue recommending it to everyone I know. Thank you

Absolutely wonderful and cute little place. My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary there. We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity to the tollway but it was so quiet, it sounded like a shower of rain which actually helped us sleep. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away for a night or two (from the kids especially)

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Mark met us at the home and showed us around which was so helpful. He was super friendly and we felt comfortable chatting with him. We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa with some wine and enjoying a movie in bed. It’s was really nice not to have kids around for a night.
