Recently modernised, the cottage has a super stylish open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and living areas and wood burning stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one has a double bed and sea view, the other can be made up either as a kingsize or as two single beds. Flexible space perfect for families or friends. The house includes a mezzanine bedroom, free parking & a sunny full width terrace where you can sit and watch the boats sail by and the sun set. The house is not just waterside but uniquely IN the English Channel, with boats, fish and birds as neighbours! The marina village is literally just that, with a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, bowling, cinema & a supermarket on your doorstep.
