Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Tiny home with stunning views on 150 acres
Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Situated in a private corner of Wellshurst Golf club, enjoy the tranquil setting and cosy up in this brand new lodge. With everything you could need for a short stay and plenty of beautiful walks nearby, dogs are welcome and enjoying some golf is optional at our beautiful 18 hole course and driving range. Soak in the free standing tub whilst admiring the views, or relax on the deck and watch the sunset. 2 minute woodland walk to access.

Double room in detached annex
Self contained double room in our detached garden annex with private off road parking and EV charging nearby. Equipped with a king bed, TV, waterfall shower and separate WC, hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. Outside space with table and chairs for al fresco dining! Located close to the Ashdown Forest with plenty of country walks. We are a 15 minute drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells and an hour from London and the East Sussex coast. We are on hand in the main house for your convenience.

Newly converted stable block
Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway
Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Cosy Woodland Annex
Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Relax and unwind in the cosy comfort of our beautiful cabin, a peaceful hideaway nestled beside a tranquil lake and surrounded by ancient woodland. In summer, throw open the doors and enjoy long, golden evenings on the large private decking area, perfect for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or simply watching our resident geese. As autumn arrives, the woodland transforms into a tapestry of rich colours, with falling leaves reflected on the lake and crisp walks right on your doorstep.

Relax in this calm, stylish space. The bright and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling and spacious lounge (including Sky TV) with separate Bedroom and Bathroom. There is a fridge and a small area for making tea / coffee and toast but no cooker - who wants to cook on holiday anyway!! There are local pubs including one within 3 mins walk serving good food, shops and even a Victorian cinema in walking distance and many other Sussex and Kent places of interest within a short drive.

Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.
