My house is a cottage divided into two units. I live in one, the other is at your disposal. We have recently restored this part just to host travelers. It is a very functional house, with a large kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, microwave and of course a fridge, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small bathroom, a large living room with fireplace. We have a beautiful garden, with a part reserved for you with a table and chairs for eating.

The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. It is like a little palazzo with more than 4m high ceilings. The pedestrian shopping streets and the central market are just a few steps away. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.

What can I say? I never found a very well-stocked apartment on everything, from dishes to food, to bathroom accessories, etc. Very clean environment. And then the host is of a unique kindness. Highly recommended. If I happen to be in the area I will definitely come back to this facility. Congratulations

Comfortable apartment, very bright, good location. It had everything you need. Communication with Armando was very good.

We loved our stay at Laura’s house! The house is in the quiet area, but not far from the beach, marina and train station. There are a lot of restaurants out there and many places for having a delicious breakfast 🥐 We enjoyed the outdoor area as well as very fresh and air-conditioned indoor 🩵 Thank you for having us, would love to come back ❣️

LIdya house was very comfortable and clean, Lidya was responsive and cooperative. Even if the house was not clean it is still worth it, because of the location by the beach. I recommend this house very much. After all Lidya is very nice and cooperative. Thank you.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful beach views and sunsets! We loved the location easy to walk to places. Eleanora responded quickly to my questions. Terrace is large and a special feature. We hope to return next year.

I loved the apartment, it's in a very good location, you can rent bicycles and leave them in the building. The apartment is very comfortable and when I return to Viareggio I would like to stay with Sarah again. The apartment and the city are totally recommended.
