Nel punto piu' centrale e super servito , dove eleganza,panorama e caratteristiche della citta' si fondono. Siamo nella zona suggestiva davanti al porto degli yacht, vicinissimi alla spiaggia che e' a circa 50 mt, Importante: prezzo senza sorprese con pulizia e tasse locali incluse. L'Ospite paga, quindi, in piu', solo la commissione al portale.

This delightful little studio is located in the tower of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa, 150 meters from the sea and in front of the Pineta di Ponente. Through an external staircase, you can access the wonderful terrace for exclusive use, which offers a breathtaking view of the Apuan Alps and the coast. Guests of the apartment can use the common areas of the villa (living room, dining room, garden), which is used as a Bed & Breakfast. The studio is on the third floor without an elevator

Elegant apartment located in the historic center of Tellaro, a stone's throw from the sea. It is accessed through two independent entrances, from the main one you enter the bright living room, of which a part is lofted with three beds (a double sofa bed and a single one), through some steps you go down to the well-equipped kitchen/dining area and to the first bathroom with shower. The second entrance allows direct access to the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. It is like a little palazzo with more than 4m high ceilings. The pedestrian shopping streets and the central market are just a few steps away. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.

A unique experience...a boat framed between the sea and the mountains. You will dine at sunset, the magical silence of the quay, without houses or asphalt, the fresh sea breeze. Close to the natural park and the free beach, you will have 2 bicycles available free of charge and 2 SUP boards on request. There will also be the possibility of customized boat trips, sailing lessons, sup and trekking in places of interest with an environmental guide.
