A spacious two storey house with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioned), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a nice little garden for summer barbecues and “al fresco” dinners. It has just been nicely re-furnished. We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.

In just 5 min walk you will reach pine forest, in 15 min on the seafront. A supermarket within walking distance. Walking distance from the station to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence. For me it is a special place so I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility with your loved ones!

La casa si trova al terzo piano (servito con ascensore) con ampio e luminoso salone, due camere grandi, un bagno e una cucina con balcone. Nel punto piu' centrale e super servito , dove eleganza,panorama e caratteristiche della citta' si fondono. Siamo nella zona suggestiva davanti al porto degli yacht, vicinissimi alla spiaggia che e' a circa 50 mt, Importante: prezzo senza sorprese con pulizia e tasse locali incluse. L'Ospite paga, quindi, in piu', solo la commissione al portale.

This delightful little studio is located in the tower of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa, 150 meters from the sea and in front of the Pineta di Ponente. Through an external staircase, you can access the wonderful terrace for exclusive use, which offers a breathtaking view of the Apuan Alps and the coast. Guests of the apartment can use the common areas of the villa (living room, dining room, garden), which is used as a Bed & Breakfast. The studio is on the third floor without an elevator

Our house of 1910 is located in the old part of Viareggio, the pearl of the Italian Versilia. The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. It is like a little palazzo with more than 4m high ceilings. The pedestrian shopping streets and the central market are just a few steps away. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.

Elegant newly renovated apartment, large and bright, has a large living room with a 50-inch TV. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a single bed and a second foldaway bed. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Apuan Alps and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
